Hannah Hein I have had two great experiences here (fixing brakes on a Subaru Forester and diagnosing an exhaust issue on a Honda Civic). Both times the employees were friendly and were very good at explaining what was going on and what options I had to fix my vehicle. They have a system where they can upload photos of the affected parts to your inspection report which helped me understand what needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend this shop and will bring my cars back here in the future.

It’s time for me to find a new mechanic in my new town, which made me realize I totally forgot to review Mr. Mccue and his workshop after visiting his shop with my Subaru for several years. He serviced mine and my dad’s vehicles for around 7 years, and was without fail a fantastic, efficient, and reliable mechanic every time. Highly recommend to anyone.

Jaz had an appt set for 1115 AM for a tire rotation, when i get to the dealership they tell me id pay $150 for a tire alignment and i told them i had scheduled a rotation. they take my keys and say they’ll have it out soon. 1200 pm rolls by and i even google how long a tire rotation takes google says 15-45 min with oil change. i have an electric car so i dont need that. i ask the front service desk when it’ll be done they say 1300pm 2 hours after my scheduled appt because they are running behind. there is no point in scheduling an appointment if they won’t honor your appointment time. the front desk clerk was atleast and helpful but it’s frustrating sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours when this service should’ve been done within an hour. not to mention it took me a month to get this appointment do not waste your time here.

James Hamilton I waited for a part for my car and a recall part When it arrived, I was informed. My wife needed the car. I tried to call the service department three times the next week and the switch board transferred my call to service which did not answer. I drove in and spoke to the service assistant yesterday. He then told me that since the recall fuel pumps are not in stock, I cant get a replacement for a month!

Daniel Quinn Well, I took my wifes 2010 mini cooper in to have the windows reprogrammed, and to sort out a random misfire that was intermittent, drove the vehicle in to the shop. Running on all four cylinders, the did a 240 point inspection, and estimated $3300.94 a new footwell module and programming $2000.00, compression restore oil compartment flushing, needs new spark plugs, a couple days later, i went to check up on the cooper, and was told, the intake, and the catalytic converter was completely plugged, massive carbon build up. But, before they told me that, will said the car was done, so I paid him the $3300.94 in cash. He then went to get the keys, after about to 10 minutes, my wife whi was expecting to drive her mini home all fixed, windows working, no miss firing. She came into the lobby, wondering why they took her mini back into the shop. It was then that they told us that the mini was only running on two cylinders, and just flushing the motor had damaged the intake and catalytic converter, anx then recommended a walnut cleaning for the intake, and a new catalytic out converter was recommended, I asked will how much that was, and he told me, $3700.00+ besides the $3300.94. I told him I couldnt afford more than what I already paid, the next morning the mini was towed to.my home, in pieces, missing bolts and screws, the catalytic converter, Un attached from the exhaust manifold, the new footwell module wasnt in the car. The old one was still in its place, no programming for windows, they still dont work, the sunroof which worked when I brought it in now doesnt work, the rear left barn door wont open now. And now the stereo which was perfect, when I brought it in, now the tuner wont work. The vehicle came back way more damaged, not running, they even charged me for power washing the motor compartment, which wasnt done either, and when I called them about all this damage. I was told to email Tom the owner, which after weeks hasnt even bothered to reply. Im now filing a criminal complaint against master tech with the richland police dept, along with contacting the attorney generals office. And filing a civil suit in the benton county superior Court. They did nothing but damage the vehicle, and dont want to speak to me when I contacted the by phone. Text,and email. This shop ripped my wife and me off for $3300.94, and only flushed the motor, full well knowing that n14 motor is widely not recommended because of severe damage to the intake. Valves, and damaging catalytic converter which bmw sells for $450.00 out the door, they were charging me $1700.00 for the converter and $900.00, to replace it, its only one hose type clamp in front, and three bolts in the rear of the converter, and also they said I had a faulty pcv valve. Which caused the massive carbon buildup. I wouldnt take a bicycle to their shop iffin it was free for life. Just sayin

North Idaho hotshot He was awesome. He helped me out big-time. I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown water pump. He went and bought the parts delivered the parts and changed it out for me. Great price would definitely use again anytime

Chuck L. Update: Had another great experience with new 2020 2500 Cummins Ram Jan 2021 for routine maintenance, Thank you all again. Just had my first interaction with WRAR this past week 08/19. They we extremely courteous and excellent to work with. I made my appointment to have an aftermarket Bull Bar installed on my Ram 1500 Sport Truck. They got me in very quickly and did a great job and got me my truck back the same day. They offered me a ride home or work which was very kind of them even though I had a ride set up already. The install work so far is great... They even did a follow up via text to make sure I was happy with the work, Thank you WRAR. AS my newer vehicles go out of there manufacture warrantys I plan to use them for all my maintenance in the coming year. We try and support our local city businesss as much as possible in WR. Want to keep them here and its so convenient too. Their prices seem fair and competitive for the Tri Cities area as well. Will use them again! A++ for service and communication and friendliness. Update 06/04/2020 Took my 2nd vehicle in for routine maintenance on our 17 Honda Accord sport. Once again WRAR did a wonderful job. Montana was awesome as always at handling everything from delivery to pickup. Thanks again for being the best Automotive and honest repair shop in West Richland. Will be back....

John Mccullough my was making noise and my check engine light was on got me in quick and the morning they were working on it I asked if they could replace my plugs and wires witch would add another 3 hrs of work to a 4hrs scheduled and had it done in 5 hrs. awesome job.then I did something this weekend to my front wheel and they made time tomorrow morning to look at it even when they are stacked with appointments. I am so thankful for them. I would recommend them to everyone

He has exceeded all expectations and was able to help me when no one else was able to. He worked on my mini even though those can be trickier to work on. I would 10/10 recommend.

Lindsay Johnston This company seems awesome. They have a shuttle service which is really helpful. They got me in last minute before a big road trip. The guy who drove the shuttle had so many great things to say about the company —“best boss I’ve ever had.” The inspection report they texted me was really handy and easy to understand. They weren’t trying to nickel and dime me. I mentioned that I was pretty handy and they said I could save $30 by fixing my taillight myself. That type of service makes me WANT to support them and give them my money. THANK YOU!

Bec Lee Brought my vehicle the owner was rude and talked non stop about how awful luxury vehicles are and tried talking me into over 10,000 dollars. When I declined as I already had a diagnosis. They fixed the one thing I wanted fixed but broke the suspension on my vehicle and they charged me to diagnose it and then said he couldn’t fix what his mechanics broke. I would NEVER go back! Very dishonest and shady and only after as much money as he can get!

David Okamoto Josh has been a great dude and has always helped me out whenever I needed and also was able to check my rig before a long road trip to make sure I was good to go. He found some minor issues and recommended to me what I needed to have done. I recently moved away from the PNW but will also recommended people to go to his shop since he’s honest and also knows his stuff. He doesn’t use generic parts which will fail in the future. You will pay a bit more but for a part that will last so you don’t have to keep replacing the same part over and over. It’s best to get the job done right the first time and that’s what his shop will do.

Cassidy Beeler They did a phenomenal job. I got my car in on a Friday right before Memorial Day so they had a three day weekend. I got my car back on Wednesday. Great customer service. And in this economy nowadays they don’t charge up the ass for their work. my car runs so beautiful now

Seth Gillihan I personally have never had to take a car to Cronks but I work for a company that has picked up and/or droped of dozens of customers there and I have to say I have never once heard a single bad thing about them. In fact they all have expressed nothing but wonderful things about them all the way from how wonderful that staff is, to the amazing work they do, the speed of service is lightning fast, the fact it is a local "ma n pa" shop, the competitive rates ("cheapest in town") their words and how they take pretty stressful experience and turn it into a pleasant and as wonderful experience as one could hope for. If you want a all around great experience I recommend you call the wonderful staff down there Im richland, right across from Fred Meyers.
