The guys at Advanced got her back on the road quickly and effectively while treating her with kindness and generosity of spirit which is all to rare in the world today. Two thumbs up!

1 /5 J. M.: Took my VW there and they did not fix the issue after I had Allready paid them.I called them about it and the guy that always answers the phone has a good way of not admitting guilt. He passed me over the mechanic that worked on it and he brushed it off and said that he will not work on it again and hung up on me . paid them for nothing. I called the actual owner of advanced automotive in Kennewick and he said that he sold the business to them a couple years back. They just kept the name.

5 /5 Josh-Briar McKay: Took my Jeep there earlier this week and they got me in fast and for a fair price. Their customer service is excellent and they do quality work. This will be where I will be going for all of my future repair needs.

1 /5 Kay Mckeen: Shop on 28th and Sylvester St. in Pasco Wa. Took my Truck in because I was going on a trip and it was dieing when I came to a stop. They looked it over and came to conclusion to changing my valve cover gasket, which found out later, had nothing to do with the problem. After my repair, when picking me up, it died 2 more times. (Said it was a 6 hour fix, they had my truck for 6 days, charged me $900.00.) I asked multiple times if I was safe going on a long trip by myself!! They said YES!! Drove straight to Spokane, left it parked for the week I was there,(wasent running right) didnt get to go do the stuff I wanted to do, and drove home. Barely making it back!! Had one angry truck when I got back so I took it to another shop. Advanced Auto sent me on a trip with a bad timing chain, cam fazers, cam solenoid and cam sensors. Advanced Auto Took advantage of me, and ruined my vacation. And found out that they busted a bolt on my valve cover. I will let anybody and everybody know what happened, word of mouth goes a long way (and I know alot of people) I will never go back there!!! Beware!! Do not Recommend!!
