Lisa Barnes I cant thank you enough for fixing the shocks on my back door! I couldnt lift it with the broken shock. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, get an estimate, because I was thinking the worst, these guys went above and beyond and just fixed her right up! Our elderly fur baby was so happy I could take him swimming in this heat. I just wish I could post photos. I need be would I go back to them? Yes and only them.

William Adam The Service Department staff are very knowledgeable about most workings of any make and model of any car or truck. They are fast, friendly, and helpful in all that they do. In fact, they are in my opinion, the very best service team that Ive ever had to deal with since I first started taking my vehicles to dealership service centers in 1971.

Carl Thompson Tyler was extremely friendly, polite and listened to our concerns. The mobile service was great. We did not have to waste our time dropping off our truck at the service area of the dealer.

Tim Keifer Had a 7:30 am appointment to have oil and filter changed and tires rotated on our 2020 Escape Hybred. I talked to the service writer promptly and was in their waiting room by 7:35. At 8:00, the service writer came back and told me my car was ready. They have a nice service where the service tech creates a video showing them checking the typical areas checked such as cabin and air filters, fluid levels and brake wear. They share the video via the internet. All checked OK. No attempts were made to sell any additional services. I was on my way home at 8:08 am. Very pleased with Shelton Ford. Would definitely recommend them.

Brian DeLong These guys were fast, knowledgeable, and most of all, work on older and classic cars. They did an amazing job on my 1972 Oldsmobile Toronado and got all work accomplished in an extremely efficient manor. Cost was on part with a typical mechanic shop, but they were able to keep me informed on any changes and cost adjustments as the work was done. Will always bring my classic to these guys in the future.

Stan Rodgers A few years back I left a 5 star review. Sadly I had to go get new damage repaired. Worrying about the repairs to be made was not on my mind at all. They did a perfect job once again. The fight with my insurance over repair costs was was taken care of by them. I paid my deductible with cash and a few days later I was called about the overpayment, the $s were miscounted. Honesty! Pleasure doing business with them.

SwampKracker This body shop is terrible, they broke a piece on my front bumper and tried to hide the piece they broke by gluing the bumper, I was wondering why they kept my vehicle all day then called at the end of the day and said they couldnt do the job. Its because they are a bad business that tries to hide there mistakes from the customer now I have to buy a new front bumper for my car dont take your car to this body shop they are not honest.

Jon Farrell I contacted Adventure RV about several questions/issues and spoke directly with the owner Keenan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, and attempted to diagnose and fix some of my issues. I ended up needing to bring the trailer into the shop, and unfortunately a few miscommunications happened with other staff members which werent the best. However, once Keenan became aware of them, he went above and beyond to make things right and got our trailer all patched up and in excellent condition. Keenans customer service and attention to detail was very encouraging, and I really appreciated the way he stood behind his company and service and made every effort to make things right. I plan to use him again for any future RV repairs or modifications. Thanks Keenan!

Neal Adams I guess it just completely depends on what you are looking for but I found a lot of their stock to be older vehicles that didnt look to be in very good condition (yes I know these are junked vehicles), they also dont track any inventory so its all about you looking around their many acres to see if you can find what youre looking for, not an easy task yet probably fun for others.

Our first meeting it was a simple electrical fix (to him) he told me how to fix it and told me to patronize our friends business in lieu of pay. They just went over my truck which had numerous issues that I wasnt even aware of. Hes like the Mike Holmes of diesel mechanics, they made everything right. It was like a new truck. They rock! Take your stuff to Chris and his crew!
