5 /5 Lisa Barnes: I cant thank you enough for fixing the shocks on my back door! I couldnt lift it with the broken shock. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, get an estimate, because I was thinking the worst, these guys went above and beyond and just fixed her right up! Our elderly fur baby was so happy I could take him swimming in this heat. I just wish I could post photos. I need be would I go back to them? Yes and only them.

They communicated with me timely, dealt with my insurance company for me, including ensuring I had a rental vehicle while they worked on repairing my car, and their quality control at the end made all the difference. 5 /5 Varg Sutton: Extreme Collision went EXTREMELY out of their way to make me a satisfied customer with a car that is very special to me. I had some questions about a dent and respray job they did in February and we both agreed they didnt like how it came out so they offered to respray the damaged sections again, several months later. The car in question sits in the garage a lot so I didnt really notice until much later than I care to admit but Extreme made good on their work. Its completely undetectable where they fixed the car and the paint matches perfectly. Ill continue to take my car here as long as theyre a USAA preferred shop and they keep up the good work. They really made good on their promise, and that speaks volumes to me as a small business owner as well.
