5 /5 William Adam: The Service Department staff are very knowledgeable about most workings of any make and model of any car or truck. They are fast, friendly, and helpful in all that they do. In fact, they are in my opinion, the very best service team that Ive ever had to deal with since I first started taking my vehicles to dealership service centers in 1971.

5 /5 Carl Thompson: Tyler was extremely friendly, polite and listened to our concerns. The mobile service was great. We did not have to waste our time dropping off our truck at the service area of the dealer.

5 /5 Tim Keifer: Had a 7:30 am appointment to have oil and filter changed and tires rotated on our 2020 Escape Hybred. I talked to the service writer promptly and was in their waiting room by 7:35. At 8:00, the service writer came back and told me my car was ready. They have a nice service where the service tech creates a video showing them checking the typical areas checked such as cabin and air filters, fluid levels and brake wear. They share the video via the internet. All checked OK. No attempts were made to sell any additional services. I was on my way home at 8:08 am. Very pleased with Shelton Ford. Would definitely recommend them.

5 /5 Lee Thompson: I was greeted by the Service Manager as soon as I arrived. After confirming my appointment, he cordially escorted me to the waiting room. I sat for about 40-50 minutes while my car was serviced. Upon completion of the service, I was given a detailed symbiosis of the work done. Accompanying the work-done synopsis was the suggestion that the front break linings were thin. I was informed that I could make an appointment to have the recommended work accomplished in the next two to three weeks. I was escorted to the very pleasant cashier in order to pay for the servicing. On the road with a serviced car within an hour’
