Andy Meyer Went to the Subaru dealership for an alignment, they told me Im going to need to spend 1200 on a new control arm for my 21 outback. I decided to try Wenatchee alignment and brakes to see if they agreed. Nope he said nothing was wrong, did the alignment and Im good to go! Thank you!

Kristina Adee This place is amazing. Good friendly people that know their stuff. I am a one car person and they will get me home when I drop my car off and pick me up when its done. There is good old fashion customer service here. I highly recommend!

Cameron Wood I was billed $180 solely for labor to diagnose issues with my A/C and headlights, without any repair work being carried out. He made it seem like he was offering me a favorable price. I have never encountered such high labor charges at an auto repair shop before, even in Seattle.

Isaac Urzua Alignment Pros and Express Lube take good care of their customers. Thanks to Omar and his expertise they were able to fix my car quickly and effectively. The entire staff at Alignment Pros are friendly and approachable, not to mention the great prices. I highly recommend stopping by for any of your car needs as they work hard to make sure everything is good to go. I could not be any happier with their service!

Brad Peterson This was my first visit at Alignment Pro. I found them quick to greet me, polite, and completely transparent, assuring me that my air filter was fine. That was refreshing! They also found a problem with the oil drain plug. They asked me how i thought they should proceed instead of keeping me in the dark. Thank you.

Barney Randolph I used this company for multiple Vehicles. I had to take my last vehicle in multiple times. Faulty parts, lazy mechanic, and not following through with their word. They Ended up having to take my car to the shop I did not want to take it to in the first place. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle. These guys follow a computer screen and don’t know much. My car need a basic tune up. They could not figure that out. Then when I found out I was lied to about my first appointment and why my car did not get repaired to my specifications I asked for the manager to call me. never received any communication from the manager of the service department. Use at your own risk. Untrustworthy, unskilled, and Not worth the money. Added on 7/22/21 Yes the Manager did try to call me AFTER they read this review. Thank you for you Customer Service. I will never use your services again.

Michael Byrnes I haven’t had them work on it yet and though the better reviews are years ago, I’m going to trust that they’ll do a good job as I’m from out of town and have little choice, I Have A Good Feeling From The Shop Manager I Spoke With before closing today, This Has Been A Horrible Week For Me And Looking Up To A Brighter Tomorrow , Mike I plow snow in the winter time and my truck gets a lot of heavy use and I blew my spider/sun gear out coming over the pass at Leavenworth today rolling into Wenatchee Updates will be posted after I get the work done this next week

Heather McRae These are awesome people! They fixed my truck lickety-split, and were very patient with me while dealing with the warranty from Dodge to pay for it. They even started and ran my truck periodically while waiting for payment so that the battery would stay charged. Super friendly and nice folks, and they went the extra mile for me. I highly, highly recommend!

Marty Schoos Steve saved my vacation! Heading from Arlington to Banks Lake my diesel truck died on the way up Stevens pass. I was towing my 33 travel trailer. I limited out into Wenatchee. Of course it was after 5pm. I found he was only a few block away and I waited for him to open in the morning. I explained my problem and what my mechanic and I thought the problem was. He had a full shop and was trying to leave out of town himself that day but, offered to help. He ordered the suspect part and had it installed by noon. I was able to finish my trip to Banks Lake and then back the following week to Bridgeport.... All towing the trailer over the pass. He is smart, personable, has the tools and willingness to adjust the schedule to help a stranded motorist. Thank you Steve! I greatly appreciate you!

L Husa Caliber Collision is the place to take your vehicle if you want professional, friendly people, communication updates, kept the price low and did an excellent job on the repair. I cant say enough about this company. They also guarantee their work as long as you own the vehicle.

Neil McIlmoil Service is wonderful. They take care of my gm and subi vehicles and the service for both has been spot on. Nancy at Subaru service is the best.

Brittany Parkhill David is awesome! I was quoted $1100 more than Cascade was able to do the job for by another place in town. Cascade got me the next day and had it done faster than expected!!

Jaime Gamez Highly recommend over anyone Ive gone to in the Wenatachee area. I had a great mechanic at Continental Auto, but he unfortunately went out of business and ever since Ive been looking for a good mechanic I can trust. I tried Global Car Care and other overpriced venues in the area and hands down Ill go with Dave every time. Dave is honest, professional and very reasonable - I trust him.

Myles Szalay This dude is so cool. He let me do a walk in last minute, well i called but still, day after i called to come in i went by his place. I bought the wrong ignition coil for my car and didnt have enough to run and go get another so he BOUGHT ONE FOR ME!!! Dude had it in less than 10, maybe 15 minutes. Installed it in mayybe 10 minutes as well, probably less. 10/10 service

Alexis Meissner They charged me $150 (plus I brought in $150 worth of parts) for a job that was gonna cost me $1000 at one of the big mechanics in town. Best $150 I’ve ever spent!

The communication along the way helped so that we didnt have to check on you, but you were keeping us informed so we felt very comfortable that everything was going as planned. I was excited to get my car back and I was thinking that before I got it into full swing again, that I would get it deep cleaned and giving it a fresh start. But you cleaned it for me! I was SO IMPRESSED! It looked new again. I would more than recommend your company! Thank you for making such a hard time for us so easy. Joe Alvarez My vehicle was returned filthy inside the cab, with pieces of polishing material inside the cab, spent over 3 hours cleaning everything inside the vehicle. My back window was unexpectedly replaced with a non-working sliding window. Absolutely no attention to detail on my vehicle. Sooooo disappointed.

Larry I used to own a BMW and Erik’s European serviced it all its life and my service has been good. I sold the vehicle and recently purchased a newer Volkswagen from Jose and it has been great and the service was FANTASTIC! The vehicle has gave zero issues, for the past 4 months and I really enjoy it and feel comfortable in it! I really appreciate Erik’s European and Jose for his fantastic service. Thank you guys!

Beach Haven We recently had an issue with our transmission fluid leaking due to an old seal. We were traveling through the area and they fit us in last minute and fixed the issue at a very reasonable price. We are truly grateful for their help as it gave us peace of mind to continue on our travels in our sprinter van.
