The communication along the way helped so that we didnt have to check on you, but you were keeping us informed so we felt very comfortable that everything was going as planned. I was excited to get my car back and I was thinking that before I got it into full swing again, that I would get it deep cleaned and giving it a fresh start. But you cleaned it for me! I was SO IMPRESSED! It looked new again. I would more than recommend your company! Thank you for making such a hard time for us so easy. 1 /5 Joe Alvarez: My vehicle was returned filthy inside the cab, with pieces of polishing material inside the cab, spent over 3 hours cleaning everything inside the vehicle. My back window was unexpectedly replaced with a non-working sliding window. Absolutely no attention to detail on my vehicle. Sooooo disappointed.

5 /5 Mom Figured it out!: After hitting a commercial trailer hitch on a blind corner, had the car towed to Earhart Collision. Best decision we ever made. Since it was not body damage, but under carriage damage, we were able to get car back in a timely fashion. This company is very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous as well. They even fixed a couple things that werent pary of the incident. Great employees. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much!

Customer service was great and welcoming and got in and out quick upon drop off. They kept me updated through email, texts, phone calls and even left voicemails. That was nice! They fixed the damage and car looks great! They even vacuumed it as I can see! Thank you to all at Earharts. Making this a smooth sailing! Would highly recommend this business.
