rick stephan: Trusted them to mount and balance my studded snows. Got home and noticed a chunk out of one the sidewalls. I worked in the industry for twenty years. This could only happen from the mounting. Called them and was told to bring the car back. I get there and oh it’s not a safety issue. Really!? First of all, I was not informed that it might be when I picked up the car. Secondly, even when I went back there was no solution offered. Even an option to replace the damaged tire if it was noticed when they mounted it I would have probably bought a replacement. They disregarded an obvious safety issue. No matter if they did it or not. That is not how we dealt with issues when I was working in the industry. VERY DISAPPOINTED
