Great work and great service. He cleaned my engine when he didn’t have to. Put new headlights on the right side when the left was damaged just so they both looked the same. Will definitely come here again for oil, maintenance etc.

Eric Anderson: What a great experience dealing with 509. My daughter was in Winthrop and ran over something in the road and cracked the bottom seam in her radiator, coolant was leaking and she was alone. I was home in Seattle when she called and said coolant was leaking out of her 1998 Mercedes-Benz E320. I had no idea who could work on her car and this was 7 pm on a Wednesday. I looked online and spotted 509 Automotive and was happy to see they work on Mercedes-Benz. I sent an email explaining the situation and got a response back quickly after hours from Matt the owner who said they were busy but could look at it first thing in the morning at 8 when they open. They got right on it and then told me about the cracked seam in the radiator. They got the parts quickly and got her back on the road safely. They took such good care of us ! I would highly recommend them as they really make you feel like family ! Thanks 509 !

Barney Randolph: I used this company for multiple Vehicles. I had to take my last vehicle in multiple times. Faulty parts, lazy mechanic, and not following through with their word. They Ended up having to take my car to the shop I did not want to take it to in the first place. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle. These guys follow a computer screen and don’t know much. My car need a basic tune up. They could not figure that out. Then when I found out I was lied to about my first appointment and why my car did not get repaired to my specifications I asked for the manager to call me. never received any communication from the manager of the service department. Use at your own risk. Untrustworthy, unskilled, and Not worth the money. Added on 7/22/21 Yes the Manager did try to call me AFTER they read this review. Thank you for you Customer Service. I will never use your services again.

Checked the light, let us know the issue without charge. Sent us onour way (after jumping our battery for us) to let us repair ourselves as my husband is quite handy. Will be coming to him again should we need an actual repair done! He is an honest person just looking to run a nice business.
