Barney Randolph: I used this company for multiple Vehicles. I had to take my last vehicle in multiple times. Faulty parts, lazy mechanic, and not following through with their word. They Ended up having to take my car to the shop I did not want to take it to in the first place. Find somewhere else to take your vehicle. These guys follow a computer screen and don’t know much. My car need a basic tune up. They could not figure that out.
Then when I found out I was lied to about my first appointment and why my car did not get repaired to my specifications I asked for the manager to call me. never received any communication from the manager of the service department.
Use at your own risk. Untrustworthy, unskilled, and Not worth the money.

Joseph Mendo: Matt welcomed us from out of town. Did daughter’s oil change and filter . Recommended cafe that’s walkable from his shop. Our breakfast was just coming out when he called to say it was done. Would recommend Waterfront Automotive and Matt to anyone .

Had my brakes and rotors replaced at Bruces.Auto Waiting area is clean , comfortable, and a clean bathroom Theres pod coffee with 3 different creamers .Staff is friendly Caleb let me know they were a bit behind. Was surprised to see a discount coupon for $15 .00! This is the second time Ive had my car serviced by Bruces Auto This is the only place I will take my car and highly recommend to others
