5 /5 Joseph Mendo: Matt welcomed us from out of town. Did daughter’s oil change and filter . Recommended cafe that’s walkable from his shop. Our breakfast was just coming out when he called to say it was done. Would recommend Waterfront Automotive and Matt to anyone .

1 /5 Mickey Cook: Not impressed. stopped in and explained my situation was told to bring the truck down. after a few days was called so they could tell me " cant hook up with the computer" and that they couldnt help me, it was more like they didnt want to help. got the tow truck to take it to Ruddells Service department and they changed the distributor and fixed the drivers door plus a discount. I guess this place is only as good as its computer. I try hard to support the small local businesses here and actually never right a bad review, but I wont waste my time with this place anymore. The one star is they didnt charge me for not helping and actually seem nice enough, just a little flaky. Just my humble opinion

1 /5 jane perkins: Wouldn’t give a star if I didn’t have too! Rip off!! Quoted $500 for new heater core or $100 to bypass it. Opted to replace the heater core for $500 only to get a call 4 hours later that it was going to be $1000. Said no just bypass it. Charged us $300 and when we got home with the truck and my husband ran the truck for 5 minutes another part close by the repair busted and leaked all the water out. Called mechanic and said it wasn’t his fault and would have to charge us more to fix that! Mind you we only drove the truck 1/4 mile or less home and parked it. Now he refuses to fix the truck. We took a truck that was running to him and now I have a truck that isn’t running!

1 /5 Jeremy Fink: I took my truck in here last week and got Brake, Rotor, and Calipers installed. But as I was talking to MATT the mechanic/ part business owner according to him, I was told by him that he wasnt feeling very well that day. That he has a major alcohol problem and is undergoing random Urinalysis from his boss to keep his job. I felt sympathy for the guy and allowed him to work on my vehicle. After the work was done immediately had to return the vehicle. Then as he was ill from coming down he asked if i would be okay with bringing it back in anther day. I told him no and that I needed him to do the job I just paid him for. He put the truck back on the lift and called me back 20 minutes later. Tells me that he fixed it. I get back to the shop and truck is still in the air. He lowers it a bit and then has the audacity to have me put my own tire back on. Saying hes having a hard day again.... from coming down from something. Then to top it off be didnt even fix the problem. Still not working right. Now today 5/2/2024 i decide to take my truck back in and get another repair done. Now i had already called to the shop and talked with Matt and brought up the fact that my truck still was having issues and now was dealing with a water pump issue and asked if he could work on it. He said not until next week but to tow it on in. So I tow my vehicle from Joyce and to his shop. I get there and he tells me.....I am not going to work on your truck anymore. Im not comfortable working on it. I asked him what I did wrong? He says nothing, dont take it personal, I just dont feel good and not feeling like working on your rig. I said okay are you the owner? He hesitates and says no, business partner. I said well in that case Ill be contacting the owner and discussing the problems that were still going on from the last work that he did and the fact that he told me that he couldnt written because of being ill from not being able to drink and thats bad business. I told him that I actually hurt my shoulder trying to lift my tire up for him the day that he decided he was too ill to do anything further and asked me to do the job I paid him for. So yeah. Waterfront Auto..... if the owner is reading this Ill be in touch. If the guy Matt is this pathetic of a worker....... nobody should be taking any vehicles here
