Dennis Christie (Chris) Angeles Collision did a fantastic repair on my Nissan Leaf. I had been rear ended, and I had a lot of worries regarding the insurance company. Joe and the crew handled it all really well, and gave me updates as the repair progressed. It was long process, but it turned out perfect. They were always upfront and honest about the length of time it would take, there are a lot of damaged cars out there! I really appreciated working with Angeles Collision.

Marcie Killian Connally We recently had a bad experience with Angeles collision. My wife’s brand new Honda prologue was hit by a driver running a red light six days after she bought it. There was damage to the rear quarter panel. We were told to take the vehicle to Angeles collision by multiple people, including the Honda dealership. After hemming and hawing around for two weeks, and not getting return phone calls, the only way we could get them to communicate with us was by stopping in to the shop itself. Most recently, we were told by Joe that he was going to go to the Honda dealership and look up the parts needed on their computer. After we didn’t hear back from him for several days, we again stopped in today to find out where things were at in the process of getting our vehicle fixed. Joe told my wife that “he didn’t want to do it”, (it was “too much work”), and that he wasn’t going to perform the work. Who knows how long we would’ve waited to hear back from him if we hadn’t stopped in. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We will never recommend or use this shop.

Joseph Mendo Matt welcomed us from out of town. Did daughter’s oil change and filter . Recommended cafe that’s walkable from his shop. Our breakfast was just coming out when he called to say it was done. Would recommend Waterfront Automotive and Matt to anyone .

Mickey Cook Not impressed. stopped in and explained my situation was told to bring the truck down. after a few days was called so they could tell me " cant hook up with the computer" and that they couldnt help me, it was more like they didnt want to help. got the tow truck to take it to Ruddells Service department and they changed the distributor and fixed the drivers door plus a discount. I guess this place is only as good as its computer. I try hard to support the small local businesses here and actually never right a bad review, but I wont waste my time with this place anymore. The one star is they didnt charge me for not helping and actually seem nice enough, just a little flaky. Just my humble opinion

Had my brakes and rotors replaced at Bruces.Auto Waiting area is clean , comfortable, and a clean bathroom Theres pod coffee with 3 different creamers .Staff is friendly Caleb let me know they were a bit behind. Was surprised to see a discount coupon for $15 .00! This is the second time Ive had my car serviced by Bruces Auto This is the only place I will take my car and highly recommend to others

Chris Pennington My 99 Toyota Avalon needed new brakes, calipers, and a 30k service. Caleb got us scheduled within a week and all the service completed in one day. They do great work. Highly recommend

Marc Meadors These guys are the best. My Hot Rod had an electrical problem and broke down as I was heading to the Ferry for Victoria. They came to my rescue, gave me a ride to diagnose the issue. Within a few minutes they found the problem and we were off on our trip. Can’t thank them enough!

Cara U The short: DoctorAuto has a quick, honest, and compassionate crew that you can come to with any car-related issue or emergency. I recommend them to anyone in the area! The longer version: my group and I were unexpectedly stranded in Port Angeles overnight with a car in limp mode, hours from home. We found DoctorAuto the next morning and managed to get the car to their shop early on. Although they were slammed, they listened to our situation, evaluated the car, and got the fused swapped out super quick so we could get to home as soon as possible. I really appreciate their above and beyond service in a stressful time!

Paul Pettigrew Not a good experience after I called to verify I could get a quote they said I could not have one without a copy of my estimate from my insurance company, So I wasted my time and fuel for not much Oh he did bad mouth my insurance company for most of our conversation Went to the OTHER good shop in town he was very nice and accommodating had a estimate in my hand in 10 mins (which was within 100.00 of my insurance company) He has done work for me in the past but a lot of people rave about T&G so I thought I would try them As an added bonus there was plenty of Trump propaganda to look at.

Mary Lux They were able to get my car in and out in a timely manner. I didnt have to wait months like other places. They did a great job and you cant tell anything happened to it.

Walker Joseph (Joe) Fast and friendly service. The team that changed the oil in my car, were fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. They really did an amazing job. The team leader Ryan P. Sasquatch Moving Always do a great job on my vehicle, fast, for the fairest price in town. $170 for a full synthetic oil change on a 06 Range Rover

Katherine Plocher Went to get a check engine light looked at and a battery checked out to see if they could repair it for us. The gentleman was courteous and down to earth. Checked the light, let us know the issue without charge. Sent us onour way (after jumping our battery for us) to let us repair ourselves as my husband is quite handy. Will be coming to him again should we need an actual repair done! He is an honest person just looking to run a nice business.

Mark Haag Greg is a trustworthy and honest person and mechanic. Hell tell you what needs to be done and will quote a fair price for the work. I will always go to him first for my auto needs.

X Uber Phoned for an appointment, guy said he could do the work in a week. I had make arrangements and called & left a vm. Didn’t hear from him so called again, this the vm was turned off. Not reliable.

Ellen Kaminsky The Service Manager, Justin Chadon, squeezed us in for an emergency appointment when our car started smelling like something was burning. They quickly diagnosed the issue, resolved it and we were on our way within an hour. Customer service was excellent and Justin went above and beyond. When we move to this area, this will become our go to service center!

Gordon Starkebaum We had a screeching noise in our front wheel of our 1998 Mercedes MLB320 while were in Pt Angeles on vacation from Seattle in July 2025. We recalled that we had gotten a repair from Rustys years earlier, so we found the relocated shop. Leon put the car on a lift and in seconds removed the small rock inside the brake which solved the problem. Wonderful service! When I returned home I found the record of our harmonic balancer repair on the same car by Leon in August 2006 in a hand-written note. Our car had died in the Red Lion parking lot and Leon had insisted that he would tow our car to the shop for fear of driving it might cause serious damage. We then left our car in Pt Angeles while we rented a car and went camping for 3 days at Shi Shi Beach. When we returned Leon had repaired our car and we still have it! So, kudos to Leon at Rustys for providing us with marvelous service for the past 19 years.

Terry Golden I was referred by a guy who quoted a repair only to say he couldnt get the parts. Called rusty .multiple times to get a quote which has a high price and zero details on exactly which parts (new, rebuilt, used brand oem) details and missing recommend associated parts. Again no replies to which part Im getting? End up having the work done in Canada for less with only a couple days wait time and life time warranty.

Anthony Taylor Went to this business to have windshield replaced. Was 60 miles from my house. Due to 4 hour time to do job wife followed me in her car so wouldn’t have to sit and wait. Got there and found wrong windshield was ordered. Long trip and waste of $ for gas for two cars and time. Oh well attitude from business. Wouldn’t recommend, and price was about $90 more then Safe Lite.

sean witzig With my truck broken and having to return 3 different occasions and sitting in front of their repair shop for months each of those visits. (Truck was broken and sitting more than being used for the better half of a year) it would return to me to be used for a couple months then it broke again. I believe they rushed through the work they did as they are over loaded and have a car storage lot more than a mechanic shop also didn’t want to help much steer clear

Ben Mason Tommy is very friendly and helpful. They were recommended by OReillys staff as having mechanic who has worked on Subarus for over 20 years. Received written quote of repairs which was identical to final bill. They seem to be very thorough in what they do. Time will tell.

Anthony Russo Mikes a good mechanic, been there 3-4 times with several different vehicles had an issue with one that Mike was immediately prepared to take responsibility for so I’d say good , honest , reasonable mechanic. Compared to some of the places I’ve been around here, he’s hands down been the best.

Warnug Mike at PDQ does excellent work , communication is on point and is easy to work with . The only place I take my diesel trucks to keep my company going !

Bob Toni’s is the best auto service garage that I have ever dealt with. Toni always does a great job of explaining my service options and I have never had any problems with any of the work done there on my Mini Cooper. As soon as my other car is no longer covered by warranty, I intend to start bringing it to Toni’s as well.
