Anthony Taylor: Went to this business to have windshield replaced. Was 60 miles from my house. Due to 4 hour time to do job wife followed me in her car so wouldn’t have to sit and wait. Got there and found wrong windshield was ordered. Long trip and waste of $ for gas for two cars and time. Oh well attitude from business. Wouldn’t recommend, and price was about $90 more then Safe Lite.

It blew my mind. The inspection alone was amazing as well as the work that was done to My Nissan Xterra took it in for an exhaust leak and they found the problem fixed it. At a very affordable price. Definitely would use them in the future for any other car issues!

Mike is the owner and a very pleasant and professional man, he personally made sure my Rolls is in perfect condition, they even have a 12 month warranty with very high mileage. Once he even rescued us when my Rolls didn’t want to start , that was after his shop already closed! Wow! My father in law takes his Jaguar there , same positive experience. Tomorrow my Rolls Royce is going for a little maintenance and a small repair and I am excited to know she will be perfect in a couple of days because of the expertise of Kings Cross!

I saw 3 different mechanics prior that could not figure out my battery drain problem, and D&E got me in quick for a quote and did a fantastic job, figured it out and did it for a great price. Ive since got a new rad, some hoses replaced and a list of other issues tended to because I know they care, they will do the best job possible and want to keep you safe while youre on the road. They also give great advice on whatever is going on and go above and beyond to serve there customers. Highly recommend.

Madison Snaric: Thought this was a trustworthy place. They probably cost me my entire engine (1998 Honda Accord). They did my timing belt and theyve also done every oil change on my car for the past two years. Recently, I started having serious issues — my crankshaft pulley came off twice, and after getting another mechanic to take a look, I was told the crankshaft keyway is completely destroyed, which means the entire engine has to be replaced. This kind of failure doesn’t happen overnight. It’s almost always caused by an improperly torqued crank bolt or misaligned pulley — exactly what Car Tech touched during the timing belt job. Damage like this takes time to show, so the timeline fits. On top of that, they also stripped my oil pan drain plug and blamed “wear and tear." That is not how drain plugs fail. And they have been the ones changing my oil every time, so why didnt they notice it failing during the prior oil change and inform me? I can’t recommend this shop to anyone — especially for major engine or mechanical work.
