4 /5 Cor: First time reaching out to Caseys Auto Repair. The service advisor i was working with went over the fees / service that would take place and scheduled me in throughout the week. I was thinking itll be a while before I heard what the problem was however it was the next day before lunch time. They were able to text me all the technicians findings, fluids recommended, services, and the part that was broken/needed replaced. Advisor told me it would take a few days, however the team surprised me and got the part in early. However, it came with a little extra charge at the end if the day. Advisor apologized for that. Picking up the vehicle staff in office was nice and attentive when walking in. As I was paying for the bill they had someone pull up the vehicle which was nice. Prices seemed like they were decent for the service I did.
