  • James Mobile Auto Repair - Vancouver
Iosefa Mageo: I recently had James, a mobile mechanic, work on my car, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He replaced all my brake rotors and pads, diagnosed an issue with my brake vacuum pump, and replaced it—all in two visits. James arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and did an outstanding job fixing everything. My car is running perfectly now, and I’m beyond satisfied with the results. My money is on James as his professionalism, speed, and expertise were top-notch. I’ll definitely be calling James again for any future car issues. Highly recommended!
Lopez Auto Repair/Vancouver Auto Repair - Vancouver
Megan G: My tire blew out, and these professionals were able to fix it at a fair price. $35! As a single mom with not much savings that is a spectacular price. Moreover, Grace and Francisco provided excellent customer service, and ensured all of my needs were met during my visit. This shop doesnt JUST do tires though. I will be back for my brakes and a general tune-up. This shop I highly recommend because they are honorable comment trustworthy and get the job done right the 1st time. Check them out!!!
    TrueTech Automotive - Vancouver
Tracy Black: DO NOT look any further if you need any service on your vehicle!!! I hesitate to write this review because it may be difficult to obtain an appointment if many more visit their facility and experience the work they do at such a fair price. They are HONEST and will not schedule service if you don’t need something. Their reviews should ALL be 5++! I cannot imagine why someone would have any issues. In my automotive experience of 50 years I rarely find anyone so professional, knowledgeable, personable! Their level of expertise and attention to detail are unmatched.
Rons Auto & RV - Vancouver
Faith Garcia: I found a permanent mechanic for my 1995 Toyota 4 Runner SR5 V6 right here. I bought her in August 2024 and had to try two other shops before finding Rons Auto & RV. This shop is by far the best when it comes to customer service (Jason at the front desk is extremely accommodating and helpful.) When I found out that the mechanic Ryan specialized in working with Toyotas I was extremely happy and hopeful that they could help with the issues I was dealing with for the past few months. Shes obviously a used car and I wanted to make sure that her inner workings were in tip top shape before fixing the mild body damage she had from the previous owner. I spent almost $5,700 at the previous shop on 4 separate visits within 3 months and she was still having her check engine light turn on within 24 hours of picking her up after repairs. When I got her back with her defrost blowing cold air and freezing temperatures set to come for the next few weeks, I knew I had to take her somewhere else. After calling around and trying to find a one stop shop for her inner workings and talking to Jason at Rons Auto & RV, I was convinced I found the shop that I was looking for and they didnt disappoint. Problems that hadnt even been on the past shops radar popped up and they were incredibly thorough with doing full diagnostics and physical inspections that uncovered some serious problems that needed to be addressed asap, because she wasnt even street legal to drive with these current issues. They were amazing with putting together estimates on the work needed and fairly charging me for the labor entailed with each job. A part that had been addressed twice at the other shop was not in working order, a wire that needed to be attached in order for the defrost to work was not attached. They were fantastic with explaining exactly what was going wrong with my car and were honest that one of the jobs might have a secondary issue that could present itself after the repairs. Luckily after the repairs my car has been running wonderfully and the check engine light has not come back on since then. Ill be going back in a few months to get some minor things done and theyll do a thorough courtesy check to make sure nothing else serious needs to be addressed. I even inquired about some recommendations for steps/runners (since shes lifted) and they even told me they could install them there when I decided what I wanted. I have no desire to go anywhere else. The communication, transparency and the pricing are whats going to keep me coming back every time.
    Rons Automotive - Vancouver
Kealey Calloway: Came in as a walk in late in the day for their hours, they were honest about what they had going on that day and asked if they could hold the car overnight if they couldnt get to it same day. I was totally fine with it and it was ready to go around 10am the next day. Everyone was friendly and professional. I appreciate the last second help.
Peters Import Car Service - Vancouver
Ariel Young: I cant say enough good things about Peters Imports in Vancouver! I recently brought in my "new to me" 1992 Volvo, which needed *a lot* of work to get it running properly—brakes, seals, ECM monitor, fuel pump work, and more! I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so I tend to avoid them and try to handle repairs myself. But when I hit a wall and just couldn’t solve the issues, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly welcoming and in great spirits, which immediately put me at ease. They got me in quickly, and kept me informed at every step of the repair process. When I took the car to work on the first day after the repairs, it still felt a little off. Without hesitation, they came out to my job to give the car a thorough once-over to make sure everything was safe. Turns out, the issue was actually with the tire- so my Volvo earned herself a *complete* makeover.. The fact that they drove out to me really blew me away. They were super kind about it too. They are absolutely my mechanics for life now—honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more!
    Bavarian AutoWorks - Vancouver
Al Lee: I just had an oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change....they did not know how to reset the Oil Change light on the dashboard and for some reason the engine light was on. So I decided I would just reset it myself. This was not as easy as I thought. If you own a BMW or Mercedes....find a business that specializes on these vehicles. I called Bavarian Autoworks located in Vancouver. I talked with Jason and he told me to bring the BMW over and he would look at it. They cleared to Oil Change light....and had to do more work to get the engine light off. Apparently, Valvoline in the rush to get you in and out disconnected some hoses that caused the engine light to go on. Jason and his mechanic took the time to plug back in the hoses and made sure everything was good. I was not trying to save money....but because of convenience....I stopped at a Valvoline. Just stupid. Check out Bavarian Autoworks....they are nice people and give them a chance on your service needs. Ill be a customer for life. Thank you again Team Bavarian Autoworks!!!
    CG Auto Werks - Vancouver
Lincoln Wakefield: Intended on purchasing a set of tires, MY BAD- they were the wrong size. Super friendly, great communication, quick to respond- all around GREAT service. Again, the wrong tire size was my fault.
    Garzas Auto Repair - Vancouver
James Salomon: After the last mechanic, He made a point of degrading his integrity. I went to garzas garage and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and straight business sense. They took the time to show me the old parts and why things needed to be changed. Very competitive pricing...lower then others. On top of the work, they had an employee meal. I was invited to eat with them. If he ever wanted to get out of mechanic business, he could be a cook it was delicious. I also had wonderful conversations about the Holy Bible. I can work on my own car, and im a decent cook.
    Orchards Automotive - Vancouver
Cindy Harrington: Very happy with the service, both automotive and customer. They were going to run a diagnostic but found the problem beforehand. Saving me at least $130. I will definitely be going back. I recommend them highly.
