I specifically requested the full recommended service for this mileage milestone, but all the shop performed was a basic oil change. Nothing else on the service checklist was completed or even discussed with me beforehand.
To make matters worse, I was presented with an estimate of over $8,000 for additional repairs—most of which were not clearly explained or justified. It felt like they skipped the requested maintenance entirely and focused instead on pushing an extensive list of expensive repairs.
When I questioned the estimate and the lack of actual service performed, I received vague responses and no real explanation. I left feeling misled, frustrated, and without confidence that my vehicle was properly assessed.
This is not the level of transparency or professionalism I expect from an automotive repair shop, especially for a milestone service. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to anything here.
