5 /5 Tracy Black: DO NOT look any further if you need any service on your vehicle!!! I hesitate to write this review because it may be difficult to obtain an appointment if many more visit their facility and experience the work they do at such a fair price. They are HONEST and will not schedule service if you don’t need something. Their reviews should ALL be 5++! I cannot imagine why someone would have any issues. In my automotive experience of 50 years I rarely find anyone so professional, knowledgeable, personable! Their level of expertise and attention to detail are unmatched.

Their willingness to educate customers and go the extra mile really sets them apart. The staff was friendly, professional, and truly care about helping people rather than just making a sale. Exceptional customer service—Ill definitely be back for any future car needs.

1 /5 Lance Filbeck: $3000 later and my check engine light still on. $3000 for injectors and valve cover gaskets. Unreal! I took my vehicle back to them a few times afterwards because my check engine light never went out. They acted like my problem now! Never again will I go to this place.

5 /5 Loreley Soto: Ive been going here for a bit now. Honestly these guys are great. They have been consistent and willing to show you your parts and answer all your questions. They did a test drive with me to see if what Im feeling in my car was dangerous or not. Turned out it was something small but, its very validating to be on the same page and for them to be willing to do something like that. If you are new to the area Id try this shop first. Its a bit on the pricey side but, their kindness and service is worth it.

Ariel Young: I cant say enough good things about Peters Imports in Vancouver! I recently brought in my "new to me" 1992 Volvo, which needed *a lot* of work to get it running properly—brakes, seals, ECM monitor, fuel pump work, and more! I’ve had some bad experiences with mechanics in the past, so I tend to avoid them and try to handle repairs myself. But when I hit a wall and just couldn’t solve the issues, I decided to give them a try. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly welcoming and in great spirits, which immediately put me at ease. They got me in quickly, and kept me informed at every step of the repair process. When I took the car to work on the first day after the repairs, it still felt a little off. Without hesitation, they came out to my job to give the car a thorough once-over to make sure everything was safe. Turns out, the issue was actually with the tire- so my Volvo earned herself a *complete* makeover.. The fact that they drove out to me really blew me away. They were super kind about it too. They are absolutely my mechanics for life now—honestly, I couldn’t recommend them more!

Al Lee: I just had an oil changed at Valvoline Instant Oil Change....they did not know how to reset the Oil Change light on the dashboard and for some reason the engine light was on. So I decided I would just reset it myself. This was not as easy as I thought. If you own a BMW or Mercedes....find a business that specializes on these vehicles. I called Bavarian Autoworks located in Vancouver. I talked with Jason and he told me to bring the BMW over and he would look at it. They cleared to Oil Change light....and had to do more work to get the engine light off. Apparently, Valvoline in the rush to get you in and out disconnected some hoses that caused the engine light to go on. Jason and his mechanic took the time to plug back in the hoses and made sure everything was good. I was not trying to save money....but because of convenience....I stopped at a Valvoline. Just stupid. Check out Bavarian Autoworks....they are nice people and give them a chance on your service needs. Ill be a customer for life. Thank you again Team Bavarian Autoworks!!!

James Salomon: After the last mechanic, He made a point of degrading his integrity. I went to garzas garage and was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, professionalism, and straight business sense. They took the time to show me the old parts and why things needed to be changed. Very competitive pricing...lower then others. On top of the work, they had an employee meal. I was invited to eat with them. If he ever wanted to get out of mechanic business, he could be a cook it was delicious. I also had wonderful conversations about the Holy Bible. I can work on my own car, and im a decent cook.

Eddie Odoms: Hoesly auto repair. This locally owned, family-run auto repair shop truly goes above and beyond. They gave me a ride home, and even picked me up again when my car was ready. Very convenience for a business owner with four fleet vehicles. I had been shopping around for tires but hadn’t made a final decision. When I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, they noticed how worn my tires were and asked if I wanted to replace them. I figured it would take a few days, but they sourced exactly what I wanted and had them installed the same day. No upselling, just genuine care and fast, reliable service. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and personal attention. Highly recommend!

stapbl: I consider Brown’s Automotive to be one of the best finds we’ve had since moving to Vancouver! It is easy to schedule an appointment and they have always been quick to get the work done. This is especially nice, since I have to wait. The chairs in the waiting area are comfortable, by the way! They are competitive in pricing, have always been honest and reliable.
