5 /5 autumn thompson: Rocky was absolutely amazing! My AC had gone out a few months ago, I went to an unreliable shop and they didn’t even end up fixing my AC. My husband and I brought my car into Rocky; he was honest and upfront and quick. I picked up my car a couple days later and the AC stopped working again; confused we called A1 and they had us bring the car back in that day with no diagnostic fee. Rocky called us back and found the issue, it was another unrelated part that needed to be replaced. Rocky only charged us half price and got in done within the hour! Now my car is back home and my AC is working beautifully! Thank you Rocky for being quick, honest and reliable. We will only return to you and A1 for future services!

After my oil change was completed today, I was thrilled to find my windshield was cleaned, my vehicles interior was vacuumed, and the sidewalls of the tires were treated and shined like brand new! This unexpected extra service was most impressive, like what you receive at a high-end dealership, and no extra charge. Brett Crowe: This shop is 100% honest and will not pull the wool over the customers eyes for their own benefit. They would be 5 star if not for the forgetfulness during the estimate phase and the difficulty following instructions. Often auto repairs can go from a simple “get it road worthy” repair to an expensive “cut no corners” project without the process being relayed back to the customer. Its great to have EVERYTHING in perfect working order but not so great if you did not ask for all the work to be done and you get stuck with a much higher bill than you authorized. The silver lining to this constructive criticism is that the shop is willing to work with the customer to make it right regardless of what happens. Ive had multiple cars worked on here and Ive even had them look at the same job after the work was complete to make it 100%. They are very accommodating. In my opinion an honest shop is far more valuable than an efficient and cheap shop.
