I had my water pump replaced and a very hard electrical/fuel pump repair. They are kind and thourough and definitely go above and beyond with their customer service. I highly recommend this shop for all of your mechanical repairs. This is definitely my "go to" shop from now on!!!

5 /5 Alisa Hauser: Repaired my rear end brakes, wheel bearing, rotors, wheel seals and differential fluid and put in new brake calipers. After my tire started overheating and smoke coming out I had to stop the car and get it towed. They also have a relationship with Daniel, a local tow driver who towed me there for $100. 5 /5 Randall Perkins: The guys and gals that work there are great! I bought an oil and service package and each time they have got me in quickly and have done a wonderful job! I have even seen the owner go out of his way to help strangers in need and helped them and even didnt accept the money that this mother and children tried to pay. The owner said have a great day and told her to pay it forward when she could. I thought I was gonna cry right along with her as I watched this in the waiting room. I recommend this shop 100% and I even have my childrens cars worked on there and we are totally satisfied!!! Thanks Miguel and crew for the great work!

5 /5 Kathleen Howell: I needed two new tires and went to Miguels shop based on a recommendation from a co-worker. I paid $100 less then what I was quoted at a different shop. I recently returned (about four months later) because one of my tires had a slow leak. I stopped by without an appointment on my lunch break (figuring they could fill up the tire and I could schedule a time to come in because the shop was busy) and they fixed the problem (replaced a damaged valve stem) and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Great service!

5 /5 Lesa Givens: I was in the area from out of town when the alternator went out on my car. I had just had the alternator replaced by a repair shop in my home town three months earlier. As part of the guarantee program, my local repair shop was able to refer me to Miguels Auto Repair and they were quick to say, "No problem! Get the car over here and well get you fixed". Although they had a lot of cars they were working on, they squeezed me right in and I was back on the road within a couple of hours. The level of service that I received from all of the staff at Miguels Auto was outstanding! They took care of the paperwork for the warranty and I was off and running in no time. I would highly recommend this establishment! Thank you all!

Tires installed yesterday, rear brakes, and wipers. He got it all done right and was timely, and also was very communicative throughout the whole process! Loved the service and fair pricing. CrazyApfel: I found myself suddenly in need of an emergency mechanic – here I am, out of town in Portland, OR, and my oil pan is busted. If only someone could come right here, on Memorial Day weekend, and fix it for me so I can go home(yeah right)! He contacted me back, and said he could help. Not only that, but he comes to where you are(no need to have it towed to a shop)! It wasnt an easy fix, but Rick uses all means at his disposal. When it seemed he wasnt going to be able to fix it over the weekend, he prepared to tow it for us. Then, with it on the tow dolly he realized what he could do differently, and fixed it. Theres still a couple things I need my mechanic to do for it to be completely repaired, but Rick & his team took care of me & my son, did locate a new oil pan, put it on, and got it running. I was able to drive it over 200 miles home instead of having it towed. An experience for my son, and my wife and I are very grateful! Rick is an amazing person, keeping his word, and his way is to think of a way to get it done, and do it. If youve ever had a mechanic friend help you by working on your car, its like that. He drove us to a hotel when we had to stay a night, and he is intentional to be affordable. A man with integrity, and he applies that to his business. If you are on the road in NW Oregon or SW Washington state and have vehicle troubles, give Rick a call!

Keri Bushaw: I wouldnt give this place any stars if I could. Took my sons car there and they did fix the heater by manually flipping the switch. They told me they put new cables in and they couldnt figure it out. Then proceeded to charge me $350 and told me to bring it back in the spring so they could switch it back again manually. I told the guy if he couldnt fix it for under $1,800 then I didnt want it fixed. He even told me how much the part cost. Turns out I take it to a different shop and they said they dont think they even replaced the cables just zip tied The old cable to the instrument panel. I am out $350, which is not easy to come by for me. So I want to ask them how does it feel to scam somebody on disability? The worst part is they know I have brain cancer.
