1 /5 Marcie Killian Connally: We recently had a bad experience with Angeles collision. My wife’s brand new Honda prologue was hit by a driver running a red light six days after she bought it. There was damage to the rear quarter panel. We were told to take the vehicle to Angeles collision by multiple people, including the Honda dealership. After hemming and hawing around for two weeks, and not getting return phone calls, the only way we could get them to communicate with us was by stopping in to the shop itself.
Most recently, we were told by Joe that he was going to go to the Honda dealership and look up the parts needed on their computer. After we didn’t hear back from him for several days, we again stopped in today to find out where things were at in the process of getting our vehicle fixed. Joe told my wife that “he didn’t want to do it”, (it was “too much work”), and that he wasn’t going to perform the work. Who knows how long we would’ve waited to hear back from him if we hadn’t stopped in. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We will never recommend or use this shop.
