Mark Baumann: Frank is an excellent mechanic, honest, and fair. For over 20 years Frank has fixed every problem I have taken to him. I found Frank after four other shops couldnt find or fix a broken radiator cap. I paid a lot of money to those other mechanics, and $20 to Frank to replace the cap. When a different car nearly caught fire, he replaced the wiring harness and found a wood screw someone used that caused a short. Thank you Frank for being here!

Kristi Swensson Burdsall: Disappointed. This place was recommended by my dad, but apparently it’s changed ownership. Previous owner never charged him for estimates. I made an appt for 8am and took my 2012 Subaru in to have the AC recharged. They said they’d call me with the estimate. They never called. I called at 3pm and no one could help. I called again at 4:30 and finally was told that there were many things wrong but they hadn’t built the estimate or sourced parts. I asked if I could just pick up the car and they charged me $89 just to get my keys back. Won’t be going back! *UPDATE* Was called the next day and told the repairs would start at $1800, but likely be more. I told them no thank you! I went to a repair place in CA when I got home and the work was under $400 to complete!

Toni always does a great job of explaining my service options and I have never had any problems with any of the work done there on my Mini Cooper.
