5 /5 William Hayden: I went into town for an oil change. Due to an accident I was directed back south. I stopped in at Rudys and their staff was fantastic and were able to get my truck squared away. They pointed out additional parts to have fixed. I cannot thank them enough for all their help, speedy service, and fantastic price. Im absolutely making this my go to place for oil changes.

1 /5 Christopher Hanson: Rudys Automotive was recommended by the car dealership I purchased my 2017 Chevy Equinox from. They quickly got me in, took care of what I needed, were friendly, polite, quick, and knowledgeable. UPDATE - Well, I feel I need to revise my review of this business. Simply put, they did my oil change when I posted this earlier review. Just a couple of months ago, the check oil light came on and I took my vehicle back down to them. Since they put in full synthetic, it wasnt time for an oil change, so they just reset the light. Too bad they didnt bother checking the oil level. After doing further research on my $20,000.00 2017 vehicle I purchased used less than a year ago, I found out the make and model has a known issue of oil loss estimated at a quart every 1000 to 1500 miles. Had they checked the oil level in my car, Im sure they would have noticed it was low. Instead, not even 500 miles later, the engine failed. No other "idiot" lights ever came on until it lost all power. Maybe they should actually check the oil level when the light comes on rather than reset it. So much for them being knowledgeable or caring at all about their customers. I would have been better off never trusting them in this matter. Its really sad that they didnt spend a couple of minutes checking the oil level before they reset the light. What a piss poor way to fix a potential problem. But then again, its not their only vehicle needed to transport the love of their life to and from doctors and hospitals in an effort to keep them alive, so they dont give a damn!

5 /5 Danielle Morgan: If you need good quality care for your car-without question this place is it. Britt and Carly are outstanding to work with. They are reliable, fast and take great care of their customers. I cannot express enough how much I would recommend them.

5 /5 nicoletta crumb: If you want an honest mechanic then I highly recommend Rudy’s they provide an extensive breakdown of what’s wrong and the cost associated with a realistic time frame for the work to be completed. I read some of the other reviews and laughed as when have you heard of any mechanic shop using customers part, that would be a huge liability on the shop.
