Jonathan Keiper While renting an RV on a family vacation, we got a check engine light error about a misfiring cylinder. We couldn’t move on until it was fixed and had no guarantee that we would get in at a mechanic the next day. But we found Charlie on Google and he made the 2-hour 1-way trip to change out a spark plug and coil and get us back on the road that night! He was very skilled and very friendly to work with - I recommend him for any RV or motor home needs!

deklan Super thankful for the help I got from Charlie! My car broke down and I had no way of getting it to a shop, but he came out the same day and had me back on the road way quicker than I expected. He was really friendly, explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and didn’t try to upsell me or anything. Just honest work at a fair price. If you ever need a mobile mechanic you can trust, definitely hit him up. Can’t recommend him enough.

David Whitman First time taking my bike to Jacks and couldnt be pleased more. I was scheduled in at the last minute for a tire replacement & service. He went the extra mile checking and servicing multiple components to insure everything was functioning properly taking the time to thoroughly explain what was done. After being off the bike most of the year due to an injury its nice to be back on it especially knowing its running great and safe to ride. Thanks guys!

R K I was very impressed with the way JJs Auto got me in and fixed my car the same day. My radiator hose came off and my car died literally right in front of their shop. So I went over and asked if they could get my car fixed and they did, and it was done right and for a fair price. I really appreciate the fact that they got me in quickly, and fixed my car for a reasonable price. I would definitley recommend them for car service if your looking for excellence customer service!!

Tony Monica Rojos to the Rescue! When my car broke down on Hwy 2 a little over a month ago we had it towed to a shop in Wenatchee. That shop like every other shop in town we spoke to was quoting 2 - 3 weeks out for repairs. Long story short, Rojos Autorepair did a fantastic job fixing my car with fast SAME DAY service, all with a fare price. I have since driven over the pass 3 times after the repairs and I have had no issues. A+

Colton Beierman Best my car has driven in years! Brought my 1968 Cougar from Ephrata to have Troy align it and he did a great job. It was more of a custom alignment than the typical “computer says it’s good” alignments I’ve had on this car. He also verified a steering gear box issue the car is having and I can now confidently address that. Although I did provide the desired alignment specs, I looked to Troy’s professional opinion to verify that they were acceptable. He agreed that they were a typical spec. This was a much better experience than one’s I’ve had in the past with other shops and I will come back for my future alignment needs.

Emily Herrick I took in my 2007 Chevy Express 2500 because I suspected it had an engine misfire. The staff was extremely helpful and I was able to get my van in very quickly. After a diagnostic test they were able to determine my van needed new spark plugs and a few wires needed fixing. Overall enjoyed my experience with High Tech Automotive!

SweetSexySandie WE NEED MORE MEN (people in general) LIKE MANUAL … HE BECAME A LIFESAVER TO ME, WHEN STRANDED BETWEEN WENACTHEE AND QUINCY IN THE BOONIE. I had met Manuel a few times before about some noise that we couldn’t figure out (probably the fan), so he was the first person I called. I was able to get my car towed from my insurance co to his place in the afternoon, and he immediately order the parts (not cheap ones either) and his “not so friendly” mechanic had it fixed the very next day. The fan I had replaced (I did 2) 3 years ago broke, and that broke the radiator I replaced 5 years ago, and he replaced the thermostat. The amazing and unheard-of part, unless you are like he and I, is that he didn’t even have the payment yet, but we trusted God to provide and He did, via 2 churches, (crumbs) but mainly my son in Ca. A few weeks later, my serpentine belt shredded, so his “not so friendly” mechanic replaced that. But it wasn’t on right, so the 1st tooth part of the rubber is gone, but will fine anyway, as it stopped. I bought the more expensive belt. Manuel himself did a thorough oil change on my car too, a bit expensive, but worth it, because I know it was done right. Manuel is very friendly, respectful and kind. Never seen a man (52) with such a good heart that didn’t try to take, but he gives instead. I’ve seen him do good deeds for others as well. But just because he went out of his way to help and a few others, doesn’t mean he will for everyone, so don’t take advantage of one of the few kind people left, or he’ll quit too.

Roger Wallace The engine check light on my 2012 Jeep Wrangler kept coming on so I took it to Shop X, after repeated tries they were unable to solve the issue. After a a recommendation from my son I took it to Global Car Care (GCC). Amazing experience in so many ways. First, Advisor-Jeremy Peart who was very knowledgeable, honest, always kept me informed of the progress on status of the repairs. Also a shout out to the technician (mechanic) Justin Ireland who would not give up until my Jeep was repaired. The cost of the repair wasnt cheap but I thought was reasonable and it gives me peace of mind that I can drive my Jeep and know that if a problem occurs I count on GCC to make it right. After my experience I would 100% recommend GCC for your vehicle maintenance-best in the Valley and I have been to a few.

Al Mom 3.5 I would say this is the best Subaru service in the valley but I always feel like I’m paying for things I didn’t ask for. Asked for an oil change and left the car. Got charged $60 extra dollars for filter replacement that I wasn’t asked if I wanted. Was quoted 700-750 for a service and ended up paying $200 more granted over half that was my “oil change”. Very frustrating when trying to stay on a budget.

rick stephan Trusted them to mount and balance my studded snows. Got home and noticed a chunk out of one the sidewalls. I worked in the industry for twenty years. This could only happen from the mounting. Called them and was told to bring the car back. I get there and oh it’s not a safety issue. Really!? First of all, I was not informed that it might be when I picked up the car. Secondly, even when I went back there was no solution offered. Even an option to replace the damaged tire if it was noticed when they mounted it I would have probably bought a replacement. They disregarded an obvious safety issue. No matter if they did it or not. That is not how we dealt with issues when I was working in the industry. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Mark S I took my wifes Cobalt in for a front end alignment before a new set of tires were installed. Their tech was fast, knowledgeable and They were VERY reasonable. I would have no problem recommending them To Anyone and have done that already. GREAT WORK GUYS!!

Johnny Cash Javier is awesome. Spent time on a tricky parasitic drain on my car. He wasnt able to fix the problem however, he helped me narrow it down to the two components that needed to be replaced. Without his expertise I would have spent quite a bit of money throwing parts at it. Didnt charge me a dime! Very honest!
