4 /5 R K: I was very impressed with the way JJs Auto got me in and fixed my car the same day. My radiator hose came off and my car died literally right in front of their shop. So I went over and asked if they could get my car fixed and they did, and it was done right and for a fair price. I really appreciate the fact that they got me in quickly, and fixed my car for a reasonable price. I would definitley recommend them for car service if your looking for excellence customer service!!

4 /5 Christa Michel: Went in for the first time last week to ask about a service, which ended up being a dealer-only sort of thing. Person I spoke to was very friendly, however, and was genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed. I cant speak for their actual mechanical service yet, but if you need somewhere that can take care of your BMW or Audi, give them a shot.

I was treated fairly, with respect, and I was given clear expectations on what was needed and how long it would take to fix my issue. I was given a quote and a break down of what was needed, and the cost! Great customer service! I will refer to all my friends! I felt confident in who was working on my car and that I was in good hands!
