Wade Armour Fantastic. Very informative. When first brought to tha shop both Father and Son were polite, kind and very helpful. The cost is what you really get surprised about! Very Very fair to say the least. They went above and Beyond what was asked. They are True Craftsman with the utmost respect for their clients. I recommend Dons as a go to for life.

Coach S Always does amazing job, is honest and trustworthy. If you want a good mechanic that wont rip your pocket a new whole this is the only place I know in town! Its the only place I will go! He does amazing work and I know I can trust him to give his honest opinion too. He does do diagnosis too for a small fee. So worth going to if you are in need! Heart of gold too!

Danny Hanson Staff was very professional and efficient. The work on my car was well done and I was kept updated on the progress. Paint chips were repaired with a perfect color match. Im a very satisfied customer. Planning to take another vehicle in as soon as possible.

Spencer Roth 3 years ago Derek and his team did an outstanding job of ceramic coating our black ZO6 corvette. I had a few water spots that wouldnt come off due to my fault, took it in and he did an acid wash and got them all cleared up. He noticed where the car cover was rubbing, polished it up and even spent about a half an hour cutting and polishing the splitter from a scratch that I made. The commitment to customer service and the need to have your vehicle roll out the doors as one of his own is beyond amazing. Cant thank them enough for the love and attention to detail they put into the end product. Thank you!

Venus Kirkpatrick Derek is an amazing guy to do business with! He is patient, kind, professional and honest. This was the first encounter with Derek but how he treats and talks to you it feels like I had known him for years. The crew at a cut above are very nice and welcoming as well! I went to have my AC replaced having an idea of what was wrong with it. Not only did he confirm I was right, he talked to me about what else needed to be replaced (everything went wrong with the ac, it was a MESS!) he communicated thoroughly without making me feel like an idiot and he even let me be out there under the hood watching and answering any questions I had about the process he was taking to diagnose the problem(s). Derek and his wife (a lovely lady!) also came and picked me up to get to my car, the attention to customer service and satisfaction doesn’t run out with this guy. His pricing was beyond fair and even after he fixed it and it went out he still took the time to fix it yet again and put in the new part with no additional charge. I now have AC running COLD through my car, my kiddos and I can now enjoy doing errands and going to work again without feeling like we’re in the pits of hell. I will definitely continue to do business with Derek and the crew at A Cut Above, thank you so much!

Caleb Condie Showed up for a rock chip repair through my insurance and Lewis got right to work on my Outback. Had a pleasant visit with him while he worked on my windshield. I had a heck of a chip that actually shattered some of the glass surface so while it didn’t disappear completely it’s certainly a massive improvement. Lewis is exactly the kind of guy you want to work on your auto glass. Knowledgeable, straightforward with his work, and volunteers in the community. Take your car straight to him for your glass needs.

Dani M Backstory: My Fiancé and I needed a new vehicle due to being in a roll-over accident – we hit black ice, coming back from Wallowa Lake, OR. (Vehicle was totaled).. We used our insurance payout as a down payment for a vehicle from a used dealership in Tri-Cities. We ended up with a 2006 Cadillac Escalade (AS IS Condition)..At the time we had a rental that needed to be returned on Mar 29th. After driving the vehicle back to Walla Walla we noticed that there were rock chips in the windshield. (Passenger Side – Large Chip on the outside specifically, plus minor hairline cracks and chips) – unfortunately we missed this during the initial test drive. On Apr 06, 2022 We decided to start calling around locally to get quotes for a windshield repair. I will say when we called Economy Glass we got extremely lucky with a quote of $325 plus Tax ( * Quotes are based on vehicle make, model and year – prices may vary). While we were on the phone with Lewis, He was telling us that the windshield we would be getting is a premium glass that is used in high end trucks, etc. and that he only had one more in stock. We met with Lewis, the Owner who is friendly and professional. We were told it would be around 90 Minutes for a windshield replacement. We returned to Economy Glass, where the windshield was installed and it looked beautiful! We were very satisfied with the job his technician did. There was some tape on the upper part of the windshield (see photo) we were instructed to leave it there for an hour before removal. We thanked Lewis for the wonderful job before we left. On Apr 07, 2022 We Had to take a trip back to Economy Glass to have a small chip repaired (we were on the side of the Semi-Truck and a rock flew up and dinged our newly replaced windshield!) Thankfully the ding was tiny enough to where Lewis was able to put a sealant inside the ding (which is barely noticeable) to prevent any additional running. While were were there we mentioned that the Windshield Wiper Fluid wasnt working. Lewis took a look and found the issue, he was kind enough to replace the hose that dispenses the liquid for us in the front and got the back window fluid working as well! We spent $50 for his time and Thanked him for his service. Lewis is an honest, and reliable businessman who is very knowledgeable in his field, we really appreciate how thorough he is with our questions. Brian Gray What a great place! I was driving thru town and had an issue unrelated to radiators but was still helped. We were back on the road in less than an hour. His shop is worth stopping by to see the decor.

Lisa Anderson We just had to replace the radiator in a 55 year old Chevy C50. Great service and excellent quality, worth a few extra bucks. The owners knowledge is amazing in diagnosing radiator issues. Highly recommend.
