Birchwood Auto Repair - Bellingham Steven Bolt: I called ahead to schedule a pre-purchase inspection of the used car before we bought it. The day off, I called again to make sure that we were still good and to clarify how long it would take because the owner could only drop it off for two hours. They assured me it could get done, so I moved forward with having the owner drop it off. 2.5 hours later, the owner showed up to pick it up, and the car hadnt even been moved.
I called them to ask what happened, and the lady on the phone told me that the tech who was going to do the inspection left, and that was it...
If they had told me they couldnt do it, I would have gladly taken it somewhere else, but instead, they had me go through all the work of coordinating the drop off and then didnt even touch it. Frustrating to say the least.
