5 /5 Sarah Luna: Took my Palisade to the dealership for a routine oil change and they found an oil leak. They quoted me close to $1k at the dealership to fix the problem. My husband called Lucky’s shop, and they were able to get us in. They let us drop off the car early, and they finished in a timely manner. Best part was they cut our cost almost in half, and got the leak fixed! Quick turn around, helpful and professional.

5 /5 Roy Foster: Me experience throughout the process exceeded my expectation this being the first time using Lucky’s Auto. I called after checking their website to see if I could manage to coordinate a visit to my daughter in Bellingham Washington and repairs being done to her Suburu. The Service advisor Deanna was amazing throughout the process and was able to fit me in. It was great that she allowed us the convenience of a loaner car. The technician worked in concert with her to keep me apprised of ongoing findings and the outcome was as stated and 100% accurate. The cost was fair and the repairs were expeditiously performed. Minimum down time. Communication was excellent as I was informed of any repair cost changes unexpected findings or delays. I would highly recommend this business for your automobile repair needs and would also like to commend the owner, the Service advisor, Dina and Nolan the technician for their service!!! Thanks for all the hard work. My daughter said her car is running great again and the several issues that were present are now gone!

Kameren: Joe is not a man of many words, but thats only because Joe is an absolute old school savage who buries his nose in his work, of which he obviously takes great pride in. This was my 3rd trip to them (each time with a different vehicle) and each time he has taken great care of my vehicles and given more than fair prices, and has gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are 100% road worthy. I brought my 92 4Runner with just north of 263,000 miles in just last week with it barely running adequately enough to get up and down the road. Upon paying for his labor and leaving his shop, it is back to full power and is driving just like it did the day it left the show room floor. Joe has my loyalty as a customer for life.

The day off, I called again to make sure that we were still good and to clarify how long it would take because the owner could only drop it off for two hours. They assured me it could get done, so I moved forward with having the owner drop it off. 2.5 hours later, the owner showed up to pick it up, and the car hadnt even been moved. I called them to ask what happened, and the lady on the phone told me that the tech who was going to do the inspection left, and that was it... If they had told me they couldnt do it, I would have gladly taken it somewhere else, but instead, they had me go through all the work of coordinating the drop off and then didnt even touch it. Frustrating to say the least.
