I appreciated the way they did not charge any money without gaining prior approval but communicated the testing, ordering, and repair process in order to take each step as it came. I liked the appointment scheduling process and the central location. They were very clear about what they could and could not do as well as their process strategy. The work, communication, part ordering and eventual repair was done in a much shorter time than anticipated. I felt very cared for and will return to Joe’s again.
