1 /5 JJ Riley: Awful. We had a brake replacement done here and the brakes failed while my wife was driving. Luckily she was okay. We had the car towed to the shop we now use and they said we should contact whoever did the replacement because it wasn’t done correctly—I believe a critical bolt had fallen out and several others were loose. Called Rob at Hi-Tech and he apologized, but said we were outside the workmanship warranty. He offered a discount. Got the car back and the hub cap was in the back seat, broken. Brought it to the dealer and they said it wasn’t removed correctly—it had just been forced off and a plastic tab had been snapped off in the process. Called Rob to ask why the car was returned like this without informing me it was broken and he acted like these things just happen. Refused to replace it. I’m assuming this is a series of unfortunate events, but I’m certainly never going back after having two problems with workmanship in two visits.
