When I first went in, I made it clear that as long as I felt they did good work and were honest with me at all times, I would be a faithful customer. Sterling and his crew have never let me down and have gone above all expectations in their work, customer service and humanity. Every time I leave the shop whether I’m dropping off or picking up my vehicle, I feel like I just had a conversation with a friend. This level of service can’t be beat. So very thankful for Sterling.

2 /5 Tristan Wolfe: Ive been going to Sterling for years, have spent thousands, have been reasonably satisfied. I do believe these are nice folks. Unfortunately, Ive had a really distasteful experience just recently and am therefore going elsewhere for my future auto service needs. I called to schedule a service appointment requesting three items be addressed: install new headlight assembly (with the new part that I provided), fix front passenger door lock that had stopped working (actuator replacement), and oil change, and I was given a quote for this work. During the work, they called me and told me that I also needed a new PCV valve which would add $173.39 to the cost, which I approved. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they hadnt addressed the door lock issue at all and said that they could offer me a quote for that. However, they had already quoted me for that, which is why my vehicle was there to begin with! In the end, they charged me the full amount without having replaced the actuator. As I look at other reviews, I see Im not the first to have had this experience with Sterling. Lastly, when I called around about getting the door lock fixed elsewhere, it was much cheaper than the additional amount they were wanting. If you are going to go with Sterling, I would highly recommend you get *everything* in writing, even if the conversation on the phone is as clear as day. Otherwise, all youre going to hear is "oops, sorry for your misunderstanding."

3 /5 nitanita: I got my car fixed here but they kept it for 3 days and still werent sure if they had fixed it or not. I asked them to see the part that they said was cracked and replaced. They claimed they couldnt show me the piece. Other places have shown.me the parts. I dont know if they really fixed it or if they just superglued the crack or something. They started acting weird when I came back asking questions about my car and the work they did. And they started trying to treat me like I was stupid for asking them questions about what they did to my car. I was following up on what they told.me to.do to keep the car going and then they put my number on block so everytime I call no matter what time of day it is , it goes to voicemail. And when I leave a voicemail, they dont call back anymore. I didnt do anything wrong but ask questions about the car. It seems weird that they would just shut customers out and not want return business. They say they only want to do the "real work" and not basic things like oil changes. They just want to take the big money and run. I didnt think they were like that. But it seems they are like every other place that you cant trust or believe in. Youre hoping they are going to help you but they just want to charge you these high fees, keep the car for extra days for no reason making you pay for the excess days that you didnt ask for and then leave you hanging. It makes sense to me now why people and places like this are being replaced with robots,droids and electric cars. I wanted to support a local place and not a chain and not go way out of town to get the car fixed. But it makes no difference. Im disappointed in the men in this shop. Blocking my number and not returning my calls like some petty school girls was not what i was expecting from them. They dont like their work questioned or challenged. You should be allowed to ask questions. Now i see that The local places just try to take advantage of you like anywhere else. At this point, if something else goes wrong with the car, Im going to just strap myself to the axle and keep driving it.. Im. Npt going back to another one of these shops

5 /5 Samantha Sharum: I have always taken my car to Sterlings Automotive they by far are the best in town! Sterling is by far the most honest person and I can trust he is not going to take advantage. His mechanics are all very knowledgeable, give me updates and get my car fixed in a timely matter with no surprise extra cost. Great customer service, clean shop and good coffee as well when you wait.

5 /5 Avinash Dev: Noticed my power steering fluid was a bit low but all the shops in town were booked out for weeks. Sterling had me stop by the same day for a quick look, didnt notice any leaks, topped it off and had me on my way. Ive brought my truck in before to Sterling and always have had a great experience. They never push things you dont need, are always honest, and explain everything in detail. Ill continue to bring my vehicle to these guys!
