Jessica Rogers Dropped my truck off here for a wheel bearing replacement and some electrical work. When came to pick it up i was told the raider fan fell and is now laying in my engine compartment when I told jeff that it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off his only response was I figured you would say that and gave no suggestions on fixing it. Jeff was rude and dismissive. Such bad service I drove my truck home to fix myself

Andy Jenkins Skyler and his team are top-notch mechanics! They’re professional, efficient, and consistently go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Their attention to detail and quick turnaround times are second to none. Highly recommend them for any maintenance or repair needs!

Kasey M Skylar is a great and honest guy on top of being a master mechanic. He’s helped solved my consistent Subaru oil pressure issues that the dealership wouldn’t even consider looking at. Being a woman that lacks knowledge of cars, I’ve never felt more comfortable with a mechanic than I have with Skylar at Pioneer County Garage. Usually the price comes in at being at or lower than the original quote. He’s always willing to go above and beyond to provide superb care for you and your vehicle! And on top of that, I get to support a family owned business. I couldn’t recommend Pioneer County Garage more!

Jennifer Cartwright I took my car to Rods Auto Care to have my hybrid battery tested. I feel like my eyes were opened to how honest, comfortable and trustworthy auto repair service can be. Both Zach and Houston took time to give my car a good check up and to explain in detail with photos and everything, about what the car needed. It IS running better and I will be back to use their service in the future.

Alexandra Newman Hands down the best auto shop I have ever taken my vehicle to. Ive always been nervous when taking my car in due to the inexperience of the technicians and the lack of care they have for my property. That has NEVER been a fear of mine at Rods. Everything from management to technicians/mechanics is flawless. They communicate with you and give you a chance to ask questions and feel comfortable with the work they are providing and what needs to be done in the future to keep your car in tip top shape. Brittany is always a pleasure to talk to and watching her with her team is something you dont find in most work environments. You see them interact with such respect towards each other. You feel like family as soon as you step through those doors! Zach at the front desk is always smiling and knows how to put a smile on the customers face after cracking some jokes between setting you up. I will continue doing all my business here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop!

Elizabeth Sung Great experience, especially with Trents genuinely kind, patient assistance: I went in for an oil change, but he also helped me resolve problems (my phone and dash screen not sync-ing, and a keyless-access issue), and also fit in a car-wash. I will definitely return and recommend you to others!

Caitlin Quinn As someone who moved from the East Coast and had several service visits in that area, this one is BY FAR my favorite. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and honest. I also never have to wait the actual time I am quoted for a service. Definitely coming here for all my service needs!

Trademark Enforcer Tom has done work on my vehicle several times over the past 7 years and just recently as well. Hes smart, honest, knows what hes doing and gets the job done. When you get a quote from one of the chain / franchise automotive shops get an opinion from Tom as you will avoid a lot of needless over-selling of parts and labor saving you hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Or, just start with Tom in the first place. This fellow is your recommended go-to mechanic.

Dilnar Mamatyusuf I’m a new driver and accidentally pumped diesel in my car on my way back to Canada from Seattle, I was stuck at the gas station, and Tom’s shop was the only place open on a Sunday. He came to say hi and check out the car, even contacted a tow truck driver for me. He cleaned the fuel tank and had the car ready for me by the next day and kept me updated the whole time what was going on. I was able to come back safe and sound, Tom was a life saver!! And his price is really reasonable, I was lucky to have met him, will definitely recommend him to my friends in the area.

Shaun Steve is the best. You want honest reasonably priced reliable auto repair, this is your place. Where else can you get your car repaired by the same professional everytime you schedule it? When hes working on youre car he picks part brands and repair strategies that will give you longevity on the road.

Steven Bolt I called ahead to schedule a pre-purchase inspection of the used car before we bought it. The day off, I called again to make sure that we were still good and to clarify how long it would take because the owner could only drop it off for two hours. They assured me it could get done, so I moved forward with having the owner drop it off. 2.5 hours later, the owner showed up to pick it up, and the car hadnt even been moved. I called them to ask what happened, and the lady on the phone told me that the tech who was going to do the inspection left, and that was it... If they had told me they couldnt do it, I would have gladly taken it somewhere else, but instead, they had me go through all the work of coordinating the drop off and then didnt even touch it. Frustrating to say the least.

Sonja Jager Great customer service. Honest quotes for services. I brought in my ford flex for brake replacement and they were able to get me back on the road within 3 hours. I will definitely be coming back to Birchwood Auto for my car maintenance and repairs.

Starleen Lewis After going to 4 other mechanics who could not figure out what was the issue with my car. Manny drove it for 5 minutes, inspected for another 5-10, correctly diagnosed and fixed the car (we had to bring it back after part arrived). Honest, will tell you options and recommendations. Price is very reasonable. Best is to drive over if you need to discuss something, very courteous.

Amber Santillan Terrible business! They said they would order me tires and never got back to me. I called several times and nobody ever answered and finally I went down to the shop and the owner was not there nobody was in the shop. Finally somebody saw me and came up to me in their pajamas and told me that they cant get tires. Im embarrassed for them. Never in my life have I ever been to an auto shop that is so extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give them zero Stars.

Evan Dyar Took my 2009 Subaru Outback to Barnett Automotive after an extremely unpleasant experience with Dewey Griffin Subaru service department that left my car in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Doug was friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable. He fixed my leaky power steering pump for a fair price. I will certainly be going back for any future maintenance needs.

Their services are reasonably priced and they covered everything with me in detail, answered any questions I had and made certain I received any discounts I was eligible for. Sarah Luna Took my Palisade to the dealership for a routine oil change and they found an oil leak. They quoted me close to $1k at the dealership to fix the problem. My husband called Lucky’s shop, and they were able to get us in. They let us drop off the car early, and they finished in a timely manner. Best part was they cut our cost almost in half, and got the leak fixed! Quick turn around, helpful and professional.

Friday Harbor Hangar Condominium Association Grateful to RMAT for their thorough inspection and going the extra mile to keep my 1998 minivan on the road. They patiently walked me through the proposed repair and maintenance items, helping me prioritize which items were necessary, which could be deferred (and their consequences). They were willing to pick up and deliver my vehicle, as theyve done in the past, which is close, but nevertheless very helpful. Great service. Good people.

williams David “Dmo” Rods is absolutely awesome. Ive been taking my vehicles to them for years. They communicate very quickly via call or text message. My favorite part is they document everything via a program with pictures and detailed explanations of what they are advising, whats been done and what needs to be done. You can refer to the whole history of your vehicle via the link or use it for a second opinion if youd like. These guys will get you in and out quickly and treat you with respect.

Dal Neitzel Ive been taking my personal vehicles to Tonys for several years now. Tony is a very skilled mechanic and prices his work fairly. He does engine rebuilds or simple oil changes and everything in between. Great at diagnosing problems. Hes also a good person and easy to talk with.

Rebecca Julius I havent personally been here to have my vehicle worked on. My kids dad has came here multiple times. His car usually sits at the shop for a couple or few days. I called and emailed a few days ago, about a quote for a tune up and replacing the alternator, with no response on either. I have all the parts I need for the job, so Im assuming itd be a quicker job. I usually dont like to go to shops because they tend to find everything else thats wrong with your car. Most of the time, I can only afford to fix what I know is wrong it.
