p r Had to order painted body parts and shipped to me. Anyone who has been down that road knows how risky it can be. Spoke with KC regarding parts.. condition ...and shipping. All parts were showed up in great shape and in exactly the condition KC told me. More importantly, all the parts were super well packaged and the shipping company they used got it delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This place really delivers. Would definitely work with KC again.

Timothy Fagalde I Went here to get an alignment done on my car and the guy didnt even do anything to my car. It was still out of alignment. I had to go to Toyota to get an alignment done. Dont do business here you will get screwed over. I wasted $80 at this place.

Karie Jacque I am very pleased with the service of my 2012 Honda CRV. My car was making a grinding noise and the dealership couldn’t figure it out. So I looked online for a reputable garage with good reviews working on Japanese cars and R&T Autowerks was listed, so I drove there and walked inside explaining my car problem. Right away he got in my car and drove it for 30 seconds and knew exactly what it was. We went back inside, he ordered the part and the next day it was repaired for a reasonable cost. My car is quiet now when I drive it. I will always bring my car here to be serviced!

HeartzinAZ 17-18 April 2025 Solid 5 stars. wish I could give more. While going to WA from AZ, we were transiting Walla Walla. My right rear brake started grinding. Darn, we were 4 hrs from our final destination. It was clear the brakepad needed replacement. We could not take a chance. We have no contacts in Walla Walla. We checked Google Maps and located Champs Garage. A 4.9 overall rating. The front desk of the Holiday Inn Express concurred. Tim the sole owner/mechanic contacted me and worked me into his schedule on Good Friday. Thank you so much. We did not have to wait 24hrs for the fix. Tim is excellent and very understanding. He pulled the wheel yep it was the brake pad and rotor... they were instock at the parts supply. Tim replaced both left-right rear pads/rotors. Ahead of time. Pricing was reasonable. Thanks to Tims understanding and good work! We were able to resume travel to our final destination. While getting great work for a reasonable price is important - people make this a 5 star experience. I highly higly recommend Champs Garage - Tim. Please talk to people who are providing you with a service. Get to know them. Thanks Tim for minimizing my risk and making this a good experience. The world needs more people like you.

Bill Waddell I had a problem with a customers flatbed we re-installed. The wiring was going to be the end of me. Called Joe on a Monday, drove down Tuesday and an hour later problem solved. One I would have spent another week trying to figure out. Hats off, good people and very knowledgeable.

Nay Mag He checked my car for upcoming winter and checked a window I was having problems with as well as reattached a mirror. He didnt charge, told me the problem with the window and suggested where to take my car. Once again, the most honest business and goes well beyond what is necessary. I will keep coming back.

Heather Kacirk I was in College Place visiting family and needed new breaks. They were able to fit me in and were done sooner than thought so that I could get home safely. Then when my car died right after starting for home I had it towed back to them and they were able to get me back on the road the next day! Even with short staffing and a busy schedule. Super nice, honest, and they went above and beyond to get my car fixed! I can not recommend them enough!

Gil Cox My clutch linkage decided to break on me while driving and I needed to tow my car right away. Steve had a completely full shop and still made room for me to get my car in there. He explained to me exactly what happened and how it happened and what he was going to do to fix it. The time line he gave was accurate to when he was finished with the Job. He has a young man named Jarred who works for him as well who is an exceptional talent and perfectionist in his craft. I felt very well taken care of and my car is back on the road with no issue. Berg Cody “John Redcorn” Very knowledgeable, you can confidently leave your vehicle at Argo knowing that theyre going to get the job done right the first time, and yes they might be a bit spendy but you get what you pay for, if you pay for a cheap mechanic youre gonna get cheap work and vice versa. The only reason why I am not giving Argo Transmission a 5 star rating is because in my personal experience having vehicles serviced by them I wasnt given every option of repair available. So I had to have a 99 Honda Accord serviced because the pulley bearing on the AC condenser was failing and it would eventually seize up completely, seeing as how theres not much value in a 99 Accord with over 200k miles on the engine, I wasnt looking to spend a whole lot on the vehicle, I mean the repair quote was almost enough to total out the vehicle (cost of repair was nearly higher than what the vehicle is valued at), so it doesnt make much sense to get the vehicle serviced for more than what the car is worth right? That being said I wouldve rather just taken the AC condenser out of the vehicle and been fine without AC, however the vehicle has a serpentine belt that runs around the AC pulley, so I had to have it fixed in order to drive the vehicle... Well after forking over way more than I wanted to for this repair, I spoke to my neighbor who was having the same problem with his pick up, and he told me what he did was purchased a "dummy" condenser, essentially its a part that will fit just the same as the condenser and have an operational pulley but it doesnt actually cool the air, no freon or anything like that and as you can imagine the part is MUCH cheaper than a new condenser, and you obviously dont have to fill it with freon and check for leaks in the system. And heres the thing, my neighbor went around town to get quotes from different shops around town including Argo, and he spoke to Steve (I think his name is, the owner who deals with customers and gives quotes) about his problem and Steve gives him a quote to replace the whole condenser just like he did with me, upon hearing this my neighbor mentions this dummy pulley to him, and THEN he says "oh well yeah thats an option" and have him a much lower quote if thats the way he wanted to go, so he obviously knew that could be an option, but he didnt care to inform me about it.... What does this mean? It means he wanted me to pay the highest imaginable price for the repair even though he KNEW the predicament I was in. That to me is disappointing and dishonest and because of this experience I will never have my vehicle serviced there again. At least not while Steve is still running the show.

James Had one of those pesky noises that came and went, was sure it was my alternator belt but many mechanics told me the symptoms didnt fit (the squealing wouldnt happen at idle). Dropped my car off here, sure enough he couldnt reproduce the sound, when I went to pick up my car he came out to listen and sure enough the squeeling noise was there now! He said it was the belt after all, took me into the garage and had it adjusted in about ten minutes while I waited, its been about a week now of no noise and Im sure my neighbors appreciate his service just as much as I do! Will be going back here for sure A+

Greg Thought I needed new brakes. They immediately made room and threw it up and checked them out. To my surprise they told me I was good for another 40k miles. Honest. Not the norm where I come from. And they do have cheap gas.

Miriam Gogl Stopped here for gas on a lunch break today. One of the employees came out and offered to pump my gas for me. I explained I have an air flow issue, so it would take a while. He did it anyway unbegrudgingly. Not to mention it’s some of the cheapest gas in town. Will be returning.

Doris Noland We had car issues as we pulled into town for an appointment . We were referred to Manny’s . Our car literally quit working when my husband got to the shop and shut it off. They had to push it into the shop. They figured out the problem and fixed it within an hr and we were on our way home, instead of having to spend the night in a motel because we were from out of town. We were so impressed with how helpful Manny and his crew were. They took a very stressful situation and made it into a great experience . We are headed back next week with a huckleberry pie for them to enjoy. Highly recommend this shop.

Glen Jerome Took my car to Manny today to have him fix my AC in my Honda. This guy is very professional and had my cars AC fixed in a matter of a couple of hours. The cost was much less than I was expecting. I was so satisfied with his work that I set up another appointment for another issue with my car. I would recommend him for anyone needing their vehicle fixed or serviced.
