KyleTJOK I’ve taken both my cars here for a few years, and have gotten great service. Once there was a leak in one of my car tires, so I was concerned I needed a new tire. They found that the problem was a leak in the valve stem to the tire. So they fixed the problem, and the tire has been fine ever since. They’re very knowledgeable and honest.

Carmela G. Severin I’ve used this shop multiple times, starting with an affordable tire purchase. These people really care about helping out and doing a great job. I have a hard time finding shops willing to work on my old vehicle but Point S is not ageist against classic cars and always give me great service. The also do an excellent job communicating what needs to be done and why.

Belinda Stark I have been going to Al’s for 8 years. They work on my 92 Chevy stepside truck as well as my Subaru. I am a female and I am treated with such respect. Ron answers all my questions however along the list so that I am informed about what’s going on with my car or truck. I trust that the job will be done. Perfect I wouldn’t go anyone where else I recommend them highly.

joshua Atkins KC Auto Repair is fair and honest. The mechanical work Ive had done was great. He found that the problem part on one of my vehicles was still under warranty and got a free replacement which saved me money. On my second vehicle he found that I had routed my vacuum lines incorrectly and was able to point it out right away, again saving me time and money. His towing service is Top Notch as well. He was able to handle a very difficult Towing situation like it was no sweat.

Thorough friendly discussion with Greg regarding what must be done and recommended optional issues that could be done later or even passed on without problem. Everything had a dollar estimate. Repair accomplished quickly. Best experience I have had with a repair facility. Highly recommend. Wish all businesses run this way.

Jack D My Service adviser Hannah is top tier! She addressed all my needs, she was excellent. Brought my new F-350 in for a standard oil change. Got my truck back and my driver side door and seat were filthy! Hannah got some cleaner and micro cloth, I cleaned the seat. Was not her fault. But the service tech must be untrained or disregarded all their training and gave me back a filthy truck. Inexcusable work standards and practice. Always leave it cleaner than you found it! This does make me question the quality of service provided.

Randy Lindsey Excellent Mobile Service today from Port Orchard Ford. Glenn and Tyler showed up at my workplace, slightly early, and performed the scheduled Service quickly and efficiently. Glenn went as far as to ask whether I wanted to rotate the tires as they didnt appear to need it. Also, they discovered a filthy cabin air filter and replaced it upon my approval. Great service and I will certainly use this Mobile Service from Port Orchard Ford again!
