2 /5 Jack D: My Service adviser Hannah is top tier! She addressed all my needs, she was excellent. Brought my new F-350 in for a standard oil change. Got my truck back and my driver side door and seat were filthy! Hannah got some cleaner and micro cloth, I cleaned the seat. Was not her fault. But the service tech must be untrained or disregarded all their training and gave me back a filthy truck. Inexcusable work standards and practice. Always leave it cleaner than you found it! This does make me question the quality of service provided.

Before we were talking with someone else, or trying to at least, (which I dont think that person works here anymore) and it was a night and day difference. Jacob did his best to call us almost every week to give us updates and we were pleasantly surprised when the car was finished early than the service department had anticipated.

The price wasn’t bad and the customer service was great! They are even dog friendly which was nice since we had our two large dogs stranded with us. I don’t recommend overheating on the side of the highway, but if you do, do it near these guys! They’ll get you back on the road!
