The lady asked if I had an appointment - I said no, but Id like to make one. She replied that I needed an appointment. Great, we established that. So I asked to make one and was offered Saturday between 10am and 5pm. I asked what time, specifically, and she again told me I needed an appointment. I got frustrated and left. Ill go somewhere else. Maybe allow walk-ins? And train your staff to be more customer savvy. I was getting nowhere with this lady...
