Ordered my dentures and was told 1-2 weeks, 4 weeks go by and no phone call so I call and they said they called and left a voicemail 2 weeks ago, which I never received. Person on the phone just seemed to not really care nor want to deal with it. Finally get in to pickup my dentures and the assistant working didn’t want to hear about my concerns about how they weren’t fitting right. Instead they brushed it off and told me “it will be that wait while you adjust”, which I’ve had dentures so I shouldn’t have to adjust. One week later I’ve punctured my lip from the over hang and not lining up correctly because they chose to not listen to my concerns.

Everybody was friendly, and the dental team took the time to explain every step of our treatment in a way that put us at ease. Its rare to find such a warm, professional atmosphere at a dental office. We were especially impressed by how thorough and gentle Dr. Erin was. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch care and a friendly, supportive team!

1 /5 Bob Purvis: Worthless visit. They only want to get people who are desperate and have no options. If you want to have a simple partial denture without a big production, and are happy to sit in the chair for 30 minutes, and then get a price quote thats triple what it should be, then good luck. But if you want to avoid rip off artists, find someone else.

Aegis 030: This started as a 1 star review. I cant give stars for work not done. I go through the VA and have had trouble getting authorized for specific procedures. In fact, Ive waited for a year for 1 specific procedure. When i contact the VA, they continually say, "they never recieve any requests or the information is wrong." Since Lexi came on board at Gentle Dentistry, everything with the VA is getting done and getting done fast. Thank you Lexi. You dont know the difference you make.

A A: I was told that my insurance would cover 80% of the bill and so I paid the remaining 20% out of pocket. Without any communication, they sent me a bill for the 80% that they said was covered. I tried calling to get answers without any luck. They sent my bill to a collections agency called National Bureau Services who are VERY unprofessional. They will not be getting another penny from me. I would highly recommend NOT using this provider.

Abe Charara: Wasted my time when I could’ve called other dentistry offices to check for availability when I first called I was asked for my insurance information and that somebody will call me back in a week. Yes, a week to schedule me someone then called me later that week and let me know that they’re booking out a few months, which was highly disappointing while that person was nice. This is not an excuse for a broken procedure when they could’ve told me that they’re booking is so far out instead of taking my insurance information, my Social Security number and my birthdate and assessing my insurance information unnecessarily

Beverly Smith: I needed a root canal and my dentist referred me to Puget Sound Endodontist. My procedure lasted 90 minutes but the Dr and his assistant kept checking that I was ok. I’m a little sore but so relieved it’s over. Everyone including the receptionists were friendly and I got an appointment quickly. I would definitely recommend them if you need a root canal. Dr H was very nice and explained everything very clearly.
