Lani Crittenden: The docents were absolutely amazing! I was able to integrate what I have learned in my English class at Pierce College with the real history in my state. I would recommend this museum to everyone.
Clover Connections: Intoxicating experience when all of the roses are in bloom. I dont think youll ever see another garden with more varieties!
Lovely gazebo in the middle.
Roses are labeled with the variety names.
Free! And free parking nearby if you can find it.
Jessica Seyster: Great family outing. Lots of kids, lots of shade, lots of places to have a picnic or lay out. Lots of fun. Spray park with bathrooms, lots of grass, a playground and snow cones. Fun family time.
Val Jesus Virgen: Perfect spot for a 3 year old birthday party right between the playground and the spray park with the restrooms nearby too. Such a beautiful day at the park! First time here but can imagine the fun to be had when there is entertainment at the pavilion. If you’re looking for parking, start at the library- it’s free! Just across the street you’ll find food trucks for some delicious treats! Definitely have to come back to enjoy this gem in the city!
Chandra Jahnke: This is a lovely park. Great playground, and baseball field, and the lake has a paved track that is 0.8 miles all the way around. It is wheelchair and stroller accessible. The little squirrels are super friendly and curious, a couple quite brave looking for handouts. If youre scared of wildlife coming up and sitting on your shoe, might not want to stop moving when theyre around. We watched a juvenile bald eagle snatch a big fish out of the lake.
Tyler Pinkston: We had an excellent experience here while at the Spiritualist Farie. It was very busy, but worth the wait. Touring the Mansion was very interesting. The architecture and elegance of the mansion are well kept and unmatched. The staff was very friendly and free parking was available. We will definitely be returning for the next one. 10/10
