06-2025 Brainy axe in Hight rate 11 location for tourist in Tacoma, WA, USA (part 2)Pioneer Park - puyallup - Puyallup Val Jesus Virgen: Perfect spot for a 3 year old birthday party right between the playground and the spray park with the restrooms nearby too. Such a beautiful day at the park! First time here but can imagine the fun to be had when there is entertainment at the pavilion. If you’re looking for parking, start at the library- it’s free! Just across the street you’ll find food trucks for some delicious treats! Definitely have to come back to enjoy this gem in the city!
Bradley Lake Park - Puyallup Chandra Jahnke: This is a lovely park. Great playground, and baseball field, and the lake has a paved track that is 0.8 miles all the way around. It is wheelchair and stroller accessible. The little squirrels are super friendly and curious, a couple quite brave looking for handouts. If youre scared of wildlife coming up and sitting on your shoe, might not want to stop moving when theyre around. We watched a juvenile bald eagle snatch a big fish out of the lake.
Puyallup Historical Society at Meeker Mansion - Puyallup Tyler Pinkston: We had an excellent experience here while at the Spiritualist Farie. It was very busy, but worth the wait. Touring the Mansion was very interesting. The architecture and elegance of the mansion are well kept and unmatched. The staff was very friendly and free parking was available. We will definitely be returning for the next one. 10/10
Harry Todd Park - Lakewood T: This park is absolutely beautiful! The playground has plenty for all ages to enjoy. The mini picnic table surrounding the park are great for small meet ups. We specifically rented a shelter, which was nice. There is something for everyone here.
Lakewold Gardens - Lakewood DJ: I visited during the end of spring and beginning of summer. The rhododendron were in full bloom, they were so beautiful and vibrant. I loved everything about Lakewold garden, this is one of those places where you just have to come see for yourself.
Fort Steilacoom Park - Lakewood Sheila: Fort Steilcoom Park is a favorite destination. Today, i took senior photos of my daughter. The park offers versatile locations throughout, from the historic barns, the lake area, beautiful trees at the tip of a walking path, to grassy areas. The history behind Fort Steilcoom Park is an added draw to the large area that also offers picnic area, ball fields, a dog park, and large childrens play area.
