4 /5 Sheri: I booked a Miracles on the Go service for my best friends wedding. Sherina arrived a few minutes EARLY (which I love), did a BEAUTIFUL job with my hair, and even helped give pointers to some of the other hair stylists there! A bit pricey, but highly recommended.

1 /5 A M: Worst professional hair experience ever. The owner/ stylist Sherina rescheduled more than one of my appointments on the same day and rushed service bc her boyfriend doesnt have a car and she always had to give him a ride. At least 2 of the services that she provides...she has not mastered- and she still charges ridiculous prices for those services. She is condescending, rude, and unprofessional. Hair care is not her passion..only getting your money and having a ride for her dude. Beware.

1 /5 Terra Smith: We went to this shop about a month ago. Not please with the stylist/owner; she was very unprofessional, and did not help with any advice as to a style for a teenager. The style the tech had was like what we asked for, and she did a terrible job. She did not style my daughters hair, then we were charged extra for the "style" she did not do. I have the pictures, but I will not post them. I tried speaking with her after the fact, and she was just as rude, and blocked me from reviewing on style seat. So unfortunately I had to make a public review. The weave did not last, and she treated us as if we knew nothing about them. My older girls have worn weaves for years. And she tried to keep the leftover hair. This was not a $400+ well spent. Wont return

1 /5 Anna Johnson: Refered my mother and grandmother here via styleseat and she was very argumentative and disrespectful to them for no reason. She seems like a very unhappy woman and does not give good customer service at all. She will charge more than her laited prices then get mad and stressed if you ask verifying questions. I love to support black women business but she lost 3 potential regular customers. Very sad.

3 /5 Mrs. Anonymous: She is great with already relaxed hair. Very fast, but a bit pricey. I did have Serena straighten my daughters hair, she is all natural about 4a hair texture. She didnt do a very good job and burned her hair some. She blow dried it and flat ironed it and the entire shop was full of smoke. She has an awesome personality. She is very upbeat and it was a pleasure being in her shop.
