5 /5 Sara Jackson: The salon offers the widest range of African hairstyles and services for African hair in one place that I know of. The salon is warmly decorated and comfortable to wait in and have your hair done. Great sinks and hair dryers. There are multiple stylists who have different schedules and specialties. It’s nice to have one on one discussions for scheduling as you can also send photos and describe the desired design. Shout out to Kia! She creates beautiful designs and is a complete pleasure to talk to. She has given me a braided up pony tail twice as well as a shampoo press and trim - all excellent!

1 /5 Koreena Hawkins: I was hesitant about posting this because Ive received great service in the past but this last visit was just too much for me! First, the stylist insisted I buy hair of two different colors of hair to get the tone I wanted causing hours more of work instead of just letting me get an hombre pack of hair like the client did next to me who got the same style but got to leave hours earlier. Secondly she over booked and stopped doing my hair completely to do braids on another clients hair entirely before coming back to mine. Thirdly I told her I needed my hair a certain length to be within regulations at work and she totally forgot causing her to have to cut it awarkdly. I thought it was ok before I left not being able to see the back but once I got home I saw how bad it was and had to redo it myself because it was so many different lengths. Also it was highly over priced. I couldve gotten better customer service for half the price. I dont recommend going here and dont appreciate being put to the side for whatever reason while another person gets their hair done and when I get my hair done I didnt want to have to spend hours fixing it especially if I paid about $500 for it.

Adonica Suarez: I made a last minute appointment with Kanebra and she was kind enough to fit me in her schedule that day. She made me feel very cared for and always made sure I was comfortable and happy with what I wanted to do with my hair. I did sow in weave extensions with a leave out and I could not be more happier with the results I got with her. She has changed my life with the amount of confidence my hair has brought me and I am forever grateful!!! 10/10 I would recommend her, if you want somebody who cares about your hair and will have you looking the best you have ever looked!

We grew together in our respective paths and shes such an amazing woman. She and I both have worked creatively to fund our dreams and work through immense challenges. I am so happy for her shes amazing. I cant wait for big moments for her to do my hair again. It would be special. Please go to this shop shes also helped up and coming hair stylist and she works with them to help them in their respective areas of styling. Shes also honest about her technique, capabilites and all of it. I often go back and forth with stylist depending on their availability my ability and circumstances but shes one of the best as an owner and stylist which is hard to manage both. I trust her to pair me with the right person depending whats going on.

Every time I see her I never know what to do with my hair so I tell her do what you will. She does an amazing job every single time. No complaints. HANNA LEE: I recently got a perm at Sassy Salon and I am so happy. They recently got this new type a perm that was invented in Korea. They are the only one that have it in WA. Its a perm that makes you look like you curled your hair with a curling iron without it looking damaged. It doesnt damage your hair like the regular perms and it actually looks shiny. I usually get my perms there but I think this one has to be the best. This place is the only place that gets my bangs cut the way I like them. I dont understand how hard it is to find a good beauty salon... But they are the best. I also get "Magic Straight Perms" there which gets my frizzy hair looking like Im in a shampoo commercial. I just wanted to write this review so that everyone can know!! Please look at my before and after photos!! YAY!!

Anna McWilliams: DO NOT GO HERE. She will do whatever she wants instead of listening to what you want. This is the worst haircut Ive ever had. She layered it even though I didnt ask for layers and its so choppy and short. She cut at least 5 inches off which I did not want. Im lucky I can still put my hair in a pony tail. Ill be wearing it up for a long time thanks to this women. Overall horrible experience. She charged me 65 dollars.

Attiya Charrington: Short review: This year I booked a hair appointment for my annual holiday photos. They are so important to me and my hair appointment at Ms. Beautiful me Salon ruined them for me. I gave 2 stars because Alxandra did fix everything. I think she did a good job once it was done correctly. That said, her energy and attitude during the experience was not good. She was very defensive prior to apologizing, and was not at all talkative which made the hours 9 hours (7 one day, 2 another) in the chair awkward. I spent a lot of money for my hair to be done nicely for one of my favorite days of the year. I feel like I may now have to do my photos over again due to crooked the cut is. I most likely will not return, and if I do, I likely will not be seeing Alx. She did a good job once fixing my hair, but her communication skills are lacking once you are in the chair. Our personalities obviously were not a match and I am very saddened and disappointed by this experience and hope to chat with the owner to provide suggestions for the future.
