2 /5 Attiya Charrington: Short review: This year I booked a hair appointment for my annual holiday photos. They are so important to me and my hair appointment at Ms. Beautiful me Salon ruined them for me. I gave 2 stars because Alxandra did fix everything. I think she did a good job once it was done correctly. That said, her energy and attitude during the experience was not good. She was very defensive prior to apologizing, and was not at all talkative which made the hours 9 hours (7 one day, 2 another) in the chair awkward. I spent a lot of money for my hair to be done nicely for one of my favorite days of the year. I feel like I may now have to do my photos over again due to crooked the cut is. I most likely will not return, and if I do, I likely will not be seeing Alx. She did a good job once fixing my hair, but her communication skills are lacking once you are in the chair. Our personalities obviously were not a match and I am very saddened and disappointed by this experience and hope to chat with the owner to provide suggestions for the future.

5 /5 Gabrielle Cleveland: Ms beautiful me salon is very warm and inviting. From the moment I stepped in I felt welcome. The music is always on point and the customer service is excellent. My stylist is Alxandra, I ALWAYS have a ton of questions and sometimes don’t quite know what I want, but she’s always very professional and patient. The thing I love most is her love and how much knowledge she has about curl patterns! Me and my daughter’s hair has grown under her care.

5 /5 Yasmin Jungbauer: Ive been to many salons and worked in a few myself and I can easily say that Alexandra is one of the best. She was recommended to me after I reached out to a friend who kept posting bomb hair photos on Instagram. I send my sister to her and she had a positive experience as well. Every part of the service from booking the appointment to when I walked out the door was professional, friendly, and efficient. She gave me some product recommendations as opposed to aggressively trying to sell me some overpriced nonsense like some upscale salons do and I greatly appreciate her for that. I will definitely be going back, thank you!

5 /5 Melissa Harder: Basically...she saved my wedding day. My hair was falling out due to over processing and I was a wreck 3 weeks before the big day. I found this ANGEL on a Facebook beauty group and she was able to get me in within just a few days for a consultation to see what it would take it to make me feel beautiful for the wedding. A week later I was her first appointment of the day and sat in her chair for a good 7 or 8 hours. She was nothing short of amazing, kind and patient. I have never walked away so completely in love with how my hair looked.
