1 /5 Victoria Lopez: Went there today to take a look at a few synthetic and human hair wigs. I am going to be starting chemotherapy, so I will most likely lose my hair. This is a really hard pill to swallow so i wanted to look at options in person. One lady was really pushy on getting us to look at the wigs and we specifically told her we are just taking a look at options. She got really upset and threw one of the wigs to the side. Before we left, My friend tried to go up to her and tell her thank you for helping us and the lady waved her hand over and over again and saying "yeah yeah yeah." And stormed away. HORRIBLE attitude. I can afford to buy many wigs from here but because of her attitude,I will never step foot in there again. Learn to treat people with respect. You never know what people are going through.

2 /5 Williams Phoenix: They have a large inventory at this beauty supply but the prices are wild. Just shop online instead or check out a different store. Also theyll follow you around while youre shopping so thats annoying.

1 /5 Ciara Bellasalma: I find it very suspicious that the cashier needs to take my debit card and insert it herself! I asked why and her response was it doesn’t matter. I more than likely won’t come back, very shady and overpriced

1 /5 Tiffany Withrow: Do NOT shop here if you are needing to know anything about wigs. My daughter and her dad came in, and saw one that she loved. As she would be styling it, etc, as well as I would be buying it, she knew to get information about it. The older qoman working in the store REFUSED to help them, and in fact, blocked them from seeing the package. When I called and asked, the girl on the phone referwnced what had happened, then lyed and said she didnt know what I was talking about. CLEARLY they dont need anymore business. AVOID!!!!!!

1 /5 Mary Bloedoorn: Very rude and unprofessional. Trying to push me into buying a synthetic wig for 150 when I opted to buy the one for 50 she got really upset and threw the wig up on the counter and mumbled something to the cashier. I will not go there again I’ll stick with amazon.
