2 /5 Valerie Csbn: I actually loved going here because Ana knew how I liked my long hair styled and textured. Ana also went out of her way to always make great conversation with me. The reason I am no longer a customer of hers is because whenever I called and made an appointment Id be a little early or on time and she would let the people who walked in with no appointments get their hair done ahead of me. Id show up 10-15 minutes early prior to my appointments and I would have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to have my hair cut. I didnt understand why people who walk in and ask if she had time for them shed say yes to and do their hair first even though I always made sure to book an appointment. I put up with it for so long because she really was the best person I had found who understood what I wanted. But.... What drew the last straw for me going over there, is that I made an appointment on a Saturday. I arrived a few minutes early and I waited a good 15 minutes before I asked a girl when I would be seen because I made an APPOINTMENT with Ana. The gal said, "shes not here, shes not coming in today." They didnt even bother to try to fit me in. I left so upset, angry and deeply hurt. I really liked Ana, I loved the way she did my hair and how she took her time on it, but I didnt like and could no longer put up with her not following through with my appointments, the long waits, and the fact that she didnt show up at all. Ana, you lost my trust.

4 /5 Angela Sauceda: Ana is very professional and friendly every time we go in. I usually take my boys to get their fades at her salon. Shes the best but seems to hire good stylists because Ive always been content with the quality. Other salons Ive been to rush and leave some long hair or dont blend their fades well. Its usually not crowded either! Only complaint I have is that every time I really like how their hair turns out I keep the stylists name and when I call to ask for them they arent working there anymore. So Im not really sure who Im gonna get the next time.

5 /5 Karen Hernandez: I only go to Ana’s beauty salon to get my eyebrows waxed and sometimes threaded. No matter who does them they come out top notch. They take their time on making sure they come out as even as possible. I don’t trust anyone else to even come close to my eyebrows.

1 /5 makayla hart: Too Expensive, they made me pay $25 for a trim that only cut off an inch of my hair and they didnt even wash it before she just spritzed it with water. I do not recommend.
