Samaria Ramos My Sister Ezmy gift me an Amazing Facial with Monica. She is such a beautiful Soul the moment I met her she made me feel so comfortable and Explained what she was gonna be doing to my face. She has angels hands so professional and My Face felt amazing and was glowing. If you never gotten a facial she is your girl she treats you like a little sister she has such a beautiful attitude and you leave her salon feeling extra pretty. She has helped my sister and nephews face also my husband went for a facial yes men deserved facials too in the past 4 years if we make the 1 half drive to see her I keep recommending her to all my friends she is worth drive. If you go see her tell her the Ramos sisters got so much love & respect for her.

Lexx Pulido I had an amazing experience getting a DMK facial! From start to finish, Monica was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Mikaila Harberd Ariana provides the best services! I always receive a ton of compliments after my dermaplane & brow lamination. She has been also been so great in educating my teen on how to care for her acne prone skin. Her facial made huge improvements in her skin appearance. Ariana is highly skilled on all things skincare related.

Jacinda Clean and cute studio where you can really relax. Kim always takes the time to listen to what clients want and gives them the best experience. My lashes always look natural and full. 10/10 recommend.

Talyia Urquilla I forever have a home at Royal aesthetics! My lash tech Kim always eats up on my lashes. Every time I get my lashes done by her always a 10 /10 she takes her time very respectful kind any time I book she’s always responds quick and gets back to me for my appointment! Definitely 10/10 recommend

Erin Oltman Kim is a gem! She recommended brown lashes that are full, but not too long. I receive compliments all the time on how natural my lashes look. If your considering lashes, look no farther, Kim is your esthetician.

Alyssa Martinez I get my lashes done at Vanity by Yazmin and Stormi and they are amazing. I love my girl time with them, catching up, listening to shows and coming out of my appointment feeling amazing! They also do piercing, waxing, and so much more. Book that appointment you won’t be disappointed!

Madison Fjeld Had the most amazing experience at Solara! I had my lashes lifted and tinted and they turned out so good! The girls were so sweet to me and my lashes look amazing. I’m on week 3 of not wearing mascara and they still look like they did right after getting them done. 10/10 recommend.

Edrie Kelly From the second you walk in the door everything about The Sugaring Hut makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The treatment rooms are beautiful, and they use the best products in all their services. Everyone is super knowledgeable about skincare and will help you find what will work best for you. Most of all the sugaristas and aestheticians are so fun! I’ve been going for more than 2 years and never thought I would look forward to getting my hair ripped out but they make it a less intimidating experience! I always leave feeling amazing.

Hannah Hynson I’ve been going to The Sugaring Hut regularly for a year and I’m so happy with my experience every time. As a plus size woman I went in a bit nervous to get my first Brazilian but the environment and every team member is so welcoming and inclusive. You always feel like you’re just visiting and chatting with friend who happens to remove your hair for you. The whole place is so cute and well cared for. It’s very clean and you can tell everyone takes pride in the space.

Cesar 509 If your ever look for a haircut or a stylist this is the place to GO!! The atmosphere is one of the most welcoming in town. This buisness represents what a good team should look like. Very organized and respectful, never had an issue here. Not only do they bring respect to the table but they also build personal connections which welcome clients even more. There precision when it comes to hair is like no other. I 110% recommend this spot to anyone in need of a stylist or haircut.

T S Oh. My. God. Marissa is amazing!! I ran across Studio Soleil on Instagram and had been pondering treating myself to a facial. Since it was my first time getting one, I chose to get the New Client Special Facial - the entire experience was relaxing, informative, and just what my skin needed. Marissa was super welcoming, accommodating for some of my specific needs, and informative about her treatment process and recommendations. She informed me of my skin type, things I could do at home to support better skin, and helped create a little plan to follow - not in any pushy or condescending manner which I really appreciated! The Facial products felt amazing, and I am pretty sure Ive never felt that calm and relaxed in a *long* time, and even a full day after, my skin feels so much better and looks better too. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Studio Soleil!! Would rate 100/10 if I could.

Jesse Dixon Gladdy was absolutely amazing! She educated me on what she was doing and why, she gave me tips and tricks on things to do to keep my skin not so dry. I’ve been looking into getting my license and learn to sugar/wax and she wasn’t shy to help me set stepping stones to accomplish my goal! I will definitely be going back there! She’s an amazing lady to work with!

Jade Lobie There was a product that was clearly labeled on sale for about $7, I grabbed every single one and got to the counter and was told the sale was from last month, and the product is $14. I asked the girl if she could honor the price since it was still labeled on the shelf. She was very kind and helpful, and called her boss to ask. The boss said no. This is the only store in the nation that Ive been to that hasnt honored a mislabeled price.

Gingie Travels The staff are so very nice. They love to chat with their customers and are always smiling. Not great at cutting hair though. I wanted just straight across bob cut, no layers or anything, with my part in the middle, and the left side of my head was an inch longer than the right with full on chunks that stuck out way longer than the rest. The lady cutting my hair was so nice and happy and I was distracted just chatting with her that I didnt even realize how terrible my haircut was until I went across the parking lot to famous footwear and saw myself in the mirror. Unfortunately by that time Great Clips was already closed since it was Monday and they close at 4 so I couldnt even go back for them to fix it. I ended up going somewhere else to get it fixed because Im going to a wedding this weekend and dont want to risk it being worse and then too short to fix. (Also I have straight hair so its not like I had a more difficult hair texture to cut) Anyway in summary, 2 star because the staff are super nice, but terrible at doing even a very simple cut.

Rachel Courtney I reserved my space in line on the Great Clips website, so I didnt have to wait an hour at the salon. It worked out really well and even had a timer/countdown and a 15 minute beforehand text. I really enjoyed the haircut that Alma gave me. She did a great job listening to what I want even though I definitely didnt explain myself very well. And she was easy to talk to but didnt push a conversation (perfect for this introvert!)

Yazmin Avalos Please don’t go here unless you’re trying to get your hair messed up bad! I went here last week to get a haircut I asked for a 1 inch trim all around and to trim my bangs a 1/4 of an inch to not cut it above my eyebrows and that’s exactly what she did, she cut way too much off my bangs and much more off of one side…it looks horrible I’m so upset, then she trimmed my hair including my layers and cut straight across one side of my layers, not angled or feathered out whatsoever, so disappointed with her work, never going back there again.

Robin Payne Absolutely, love this salon. All the gals there are super sweet and very professional. Trista is my hairdresser, she reads my mind and know exactly what I like, I always get huge compliments after being there. Loving my hair and brows!

Hals I am extremely disappointed in this business and the owner. This business sold a gift card to me right before shutting down their Bellevue location WITHOUT letting me know [a 3 year customer] that they were closing down in two weeks from the purchase date. I have tried contacting the Chelan location, the owner [Michelle] and the info email for months now and they will not credit me the $150 gift card. This is extremely unprofessional and verifies all of the sketchy rumors I have heard. Extremely disappointed. Update - It has been two years, I am still trying to get in contact with them, and they still will not answer me. All I want is either my money back, or for them to allow me to use my gift card on product. This is extremely unethical.

Olivia Gray I had the best experience with Kendal (I hope that’s how to spell her name)!! I’ve had very long hair for most of my life and finally decided to chop it all off. She listened to exactly what I wanted and eased my nerves as this was a big change for me. She even talked me through what products to use to give my short hair texture. She was so kind and easy to talk to and very skilled as a hair dresser!! Best salon experience I’ve had in years :)
