Brag Hair Salon - Renton Jan Brown: Hairstylists Courtney , I am leaving this review to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at your salon. As a client who values professionalism and expertise, I had high hopes when I came to you for a hair coloring appointment, seeking to match my natural grey silver roots with a platinum hairstyle without any blonde, orange, or gold highlights.
Despite clearly articulating my desired outcome and even providing a reference picture, I was dismayed by the results of the coloring session. The end result did not align with what I had envisioned, as my hair still exhibited noticeable brassiness that I specifically wanted to avoid.
Moreover, I was taken aback when you suggested that using purple shampoo would help rectify the brassiness issue. While I understand the benefits of purple shampoo in maintaining color over time, I believe that as a skilled stylist, the onus is on you to deliver the desired results accurately during the initial appointment. I should not have to rely on post-coloring treatments to correct a fundamental flaw in the coloring process. Whats gut wrenching is I leave for vacation in 4 days!
As a client who values transparency and honesty, I feel compelled to communicate my disappointment with the service I received. It is disheartening to invest time and money in a service that falls short of expectations, especially when those expectations were clearly communicated in advance.
Moving forward, I believe it is in my best interest to seek out a stylist who can consistently deliver the results I desire without compromise. I appreciate the effort you put into the appointment, but unfortunately, the outcome did not meet my expectations.
I hope that this feedback serves as constructive criticism that can help you enhance your services and better cater to the needs of your clients in the future.

The Salon by Kelly - Renton Elaine Amazona: I came in not really sure what treatment should I get. I already have a haircut and hair color inspo. My hair is in-between of wavy and curly and I wanted something that will just smoothen my hair while keeping the volume of it. Macy explained to me what to be expected and helped me to achieve the look that I wanted. She did Keratin treatment, with hair coloring, and haircut. I loved the outcome, thank you Macy!

Method Madness Salon - Renton Angelica Grace Apondar: I’ve been seeing Linda for the past 6 years. She always makes me feel so comfortable. We both share our daily lives and pick up where we left off. Her package for the Brazilian wax is highly recommended! She has done my eyebrows a few times and they always come out flawless! Book your next waxing or nail appointment with her!
Hair Nation - Renton Kilie Steel: Literally the worst haircut of my life. Just wanted a trim and my bangs cut, along with a haircut for my son. I had to go to another salon to fix the mess. The owner refunded me it was so awful. The salon I took my son to to fix his haircut literally said if that came from her salon shed fire them. She barely touched me when she "washed" my hair. Didnt even brush my hair from bottom to top. Just straight up pulled the rats through top to bottom.

Create Hair Studio - Renton shinyjewell: I loved it! Piper made me feel welcome, pretty, and was very personable. The whole wash and cut was 30 minutes, she constantly checked in, and I love the cut! I will absolutely be back.
