Sherri Ellis: My experiences at Amazing Changes Hair Salon have always been exactly what I would expect from a professional stylist. Kyle is extremely professional, always giving me the haircut I desire. He takes the time to ask questions, striving to give me the best haircut, color and style I want. Rashel Holloway: Monica at Shear Elegance is a miracle worker! She took my gray grow out (about 5 inches with 8 inches of bleached ends) and blended it beautifully. Seriously it all looks like my salt and pepper roots!!! Not to mention her chair side manner was exceptional and we laughed the whole appointment. What an amazing talent. I highly recommend her for all your hair care needs. First photo is before… all the rest are the beautiful end result!
Jacqueline Clubine: I had a great first cut here. I showed up for my second appointment which was scheduled for 9:45am. I scheduled a month in advance, but mistakenly put 10am in my phone and showed up at 9:52am thinking l was early. Shawna then says "oh sorry well have to reschedule, l have a 10am". I have hair passed my shoulders and Ive never had my hair cut in less than 45 minutes in my life. She gave me a 15 minute appointment slot! I wont be coming back here.
Edit to add: Based on Shawnas reply she doesnt remember my first appointment with her: she ran 15 minutes over time at our last appointment and l left without my hair being completely dry (which she apologized for). l have very thick hair that stylists have a hard time cutting and getting to dry completely in a timely manner. Not an issue with specific to Shawna, just specific to my hair type.
Valeri Dunlap: Had my first visit today. The salon is beautifully appointed. Cozy, but not too small, impeccably clean and modern. Lily was my stylist. She was very friendly yet professional. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, so it never has much body or holds style. She suggested a new cutting technique one of the other stylists recently shared with her, and the results are incredible! I seriously have NEVER been so happy with my hair. It has body, frames my face perfectly and my cowlicks (one right in front and one in the back) have vanished!! Ive been to plenty of high end salons, but Allure (and Lily) surpassed them all!
Tehnaya Busby: Suzi is amazing! She’s the only person I trust with my hair because she really listens to me and does. not. miss!!! From simple trims to intricate cuts and the hair color or style of your dreams, Suzi’s got you. We always have great conversations and I leave feeling uplifted every time.
