3 /5 Danielle Zitomer: This is a cosmetology school, so I had moderate expectations going into appointment and only scheduled a trim and conditioner treatment. The student who cut and conditioned my hair did a pretty good job, and I was overall satisfied with her. However, while I was there, I was sitting next to the school instructors styling chair and saw her give 2 haircuts, which were both really obviously poorly done. She cut a middle-aged womans straight hair in a blunt chop across the back, and when the lady stood up, you could see there were uneven chunks of hair, so it looked really terrible. Like someone had tried to do a blunt cut but during an earthquake. Then she cut a little kids hair and gave her the exact same awful haircut. Also, when she came over to fix/adjust the hairdryer I was under during my conditioner treatment, she pulled it down hard into my forehead. However, the student who cut my hair did a pretty good job, was nice, didnt bash my forehead, and was very affordable. If you go here, just make sure you dont book with the instructor.
