Baylie Lester: This place was awesome the lady working there who did My nails was very skilled and she hand filed instead of using those nasty nail drills and she was so easy to communicate with and she made sure she got the right color and made sure I liked them and theyre prices are very reasonable and she doesnt really charge extra for the details and she was so flexible with time and getting me in. There was some confusion but she immediately fixed it! I highly recommend this to to anyone.

Jessica Yang: I didn’t get a hair done here so I cannot comment. I gave a five star is because my boyfriend and I are riding bike and suddenly it’s snowing/raining so hard around this area. We cannot ride anymore, so stopped in front of this salon. The staff/owner asked us to come in and offered us free coffee and we stayed until we got dried and warmed up. Even I didn’t have time to get my hair done at the end, I’m sure they are doing a great job! I can see it from all the customers that they had when I was there. ❤️

She took very detailed notes at the trial, and was very responsive to my communications during and after the trial. My wedding day look was PERFECTION! And she also styled my bridesmaids exactly how they asked. We joked that the look for the day was "fairy princess" and boy, did Jocelyn deliver. Anthony Arends: Regularly has forgotten or otherwise written our appointments for times that were not discussed over the phone. Accidents happen, and previously I didnt complain because my wife thought free haircuts 50% of the time (because thats about how often our appointments were faulty) was worth the disorganization. Unfortunately, my wife passed and as a single parent I havent got the patience for that anymore. I would have simply stopped going, but to add insult to the injury today she tried blaming the scheduling confusion on me. Im not sure if you think youre an airline and are intentionally double booking, if you need to see a doctor, or what, but blaming me for it was too far.
