Pietro Pietro: Update: The response from the owner demonstrates a blatant disregard for privacy and legal boundaries. As a customer, I have the right to express my experience, but the owner is taking this personally. By publicly disclosing my name and publishing personal communications, including text messages, without my explicit consent, the owner is engaging in a clear violation of privacy laws and Google’s terms of service. This is not only unethical but also potentially unlawful. Such actions reflect poorly on the owner’s character and reveal an intent to intimidate and defame me as a reviewer. She seems to discriminate against people who work in professional jobs. I work at a hospital, so my schedule can be hectic. Once, I was 10 minutes late to her appointment. I was number 5 on her list, but suddenly I got a text saying I was next. I even texted her ahead to say Id be a little late, since I didnt expect to be next. I tried to make up for it by offering a bigger tip. However, she still banned me from the shop. It made me feel really bad, like maybe I did something wrong. Being a minority, and having moved to a rural part of WA a few years ago, this is my first time getting banned from a store in my life. Im not sure if it was just because I was late, or if theres something else going on.

Tiffany Muckley: She was excellent and patient in trying to help get my sons hair cut. He was not corporative and it was a struggle. She even offered for me to bring him back for free to clean it up a little more if he was having a better day next week.

Tatyana Barron: Johan pierced my septum so crookedly that the entry hole for the piercing was at the front of the nose (where it should be) and the exit hole was halfway to the back of the nose. He didnt do any mark ups to guide the septum piercing. He didnt give the septum piercing anywhere near as much time as he had with my helix piercing, which he did mark up - and the helix was a much easier piercing to do. You can see in the photo just how far back into the nose the exit hole for the piercing was. At my septum appointment it was three weeks after Id gotten my helix done. Hed pierced my helix with a 10mm eyebrow ring, which was way too big for my ear size and uncomfortable since it frequently got caught in my hair. He encouraged me to change my helix piercing changed at three weeks, which didnt sound right since its cartilage, but he kept reassuring me it would be fine. Since the cartilage wasnt healed, changing the ring so early caused a keloid to form, so now my ears deformed. He didnt tell me he charged $20 to look at the piercing and $20 to change the piercing. Getting more money off of me is why he was pushing me to change my piercing so early. Client well-being/piercing health is not Johans main priority.
Its Likely Makeup by Min - Port Angeles
    Its Likely Makeup by Min
K Meas-Truong: I took Min’s in-person Make Up Class this month and it was a great hands-on experience. I highly recommend it, especially for those who struggle with their makeup routines or the end-result of their experiences. My goal was to be more comfortable with using makeup on myself and to build confidence with makeup application in general. I appreciate that Min had reached out to let us know to bring our personal beauty routine in order for her to customize her instruction to each individual. I personally had some pallets that did not compliment my skin tone and she helped me understand why and picked out the ones she recommended on the extra pallets I brought. She demonstrated some techniques for different eye shapes and helped us tweak our techniques to compliment our face shapes, which I really appreciate since my face is a sort of a round and square-shape. She also supplied a list of recommended affordable beauty products and showed me the colors she recommended for my skin tone. It was a very comfortable experience and felt like luxury beauty education (makeup application was the subject I struggled with in beauty school and this was a game-changer). My take-away from this tutorial/class is much more than just professional makeup tips, but a way to build my confidence when I look at my reflection. Since then I have successfully applied a full-face to last me through 10 hours of work! Thank you so much Min! I never thought I’d have the skill to achieve that. Again, if you have any doubt about your makeup skills, this class is worth it.
The Wig Gallery LLC - Port Angeles
    The Wig Gallery LLC
Marion Clair: The Wig Gallery had EXACTLY the wig I had hoped to find. Having e-mailed a photo of myself and explaining that I wanted to approximate my hairdo with a wig, Debbie, the owner, had several wigs available for me to try on during my appointment. She measured my head and suggested several wigs that fit my needs. One was perfect and I was able to buy it and wear it home. It is so comfortable and natural looking that even my husband didnt notice I was wearing it until I pointedly asked him. Then he was incredulous as to how great it looked as well as matching my natural hair. I cant recommend Debbie and the Wig Gallery highly enough. Her expertise, empathy, professionalism, and wonderful selection of wigs and styles--both synthetic and natural hair are superb. Thank you, Debbie! You really made my day.
