Krista Emmett Les is great! Ive been going to him for 27 years. He gave all four of my boys regular haircuts. He has done my hair for over 20 years. Perms, cuts and hair color. He is personable, has fair pricing and quality work. Thanks Les!

Tatyana Barron Johan pierced my septum so crookedly that the entry hole for the piercing was at the front of the nose (where it should be) and the exit hole was halfway to the back of the nose. He didnt do any mark ups to guide the septum piercing. He didnt give the septum piercing anywhere near as much time as he had with my helix piercing, which he did mark up - and the helix was a much easier piercing to do. You can see in the photo just how far back into the nose the exit hole for the piercing was. At my septum appointment it was three weeks after Id gotten my helix done. Hed pierced my helix with a 10mm eyebrow ring, which was way too big for my ear size and uncomfortable since it frequently got caught in my hair. He encouraged me to change my helix piercing changed at three weeks, which didnt sound right since its cartilage, but he kept reassuring me it would be fine. Since the cartilage wasnt healed, changing the ring so early caused a keloid to form, so now my ears deformed. He didnt tell me he charged $20 to look at the piercing and $20 to change the piercing. Getting more money off of me is why he was pushing me to change my piercing so early. Client well-being/piercing health is not Johans main priority.

Haley Vogel Went in to look at the clothing and get a pair of boots my daughter has been eyeballing in the window. Really great customer service! She was extremely helpful and sweet! The clothes are fantastic there! Will absolutely be back to get some different services as well! Might be my daughters favorite shopping place now too!

Tino Casares My girlfriend and I got a couples massage and while I didnt catch the name of the massage therapists, they were incredible! Will be going back for more massages!

Marion Clair The Wig Gallery had EXACTLY the wig I had hoped to find. Having e-mailed a photo of myself and explaining that I wanted to approximate my hairdo with a wig, Debbie, the owner, had several wigs available for me to try on during my appointment. She measured my head and suggested several wigs that fit my needs. One was perfect and I was able to buy it and wear it home. It is so comfortable and natural looking that even my husband didnt notice I was wearing it until I pointedly asked him. Then he was incredulous as to how great it looked as well as matching my natural hair. I cant recommend Debbie and the Wig Gallery highly enough. Her expertise, empathy, professionalism, and wonderful selection of wigs and styles--both synthetic and natural hair are superb. Thank you, Debbie! You really made my day.

J Fear Debbie was very helpful and patient. This was my first experience looking at wigs,and she made it easy and comfortable. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a wig or topper. She showed me several choices and measured my head for a great fit. I didnt want to have to shop for a wig, but Debbie made it a positive experience. Make sure.you.call.for an appointment!!

Holly Chapman Visiting from out of town and Debbie made it a priority to get me in. Im new to the topper/hairpiece world (thinning hair) and wasnt sure what would work best for me. She knew right away and I bought the first piece as it was perfect. She explained why it worked and also showed me another piece which was pretty, but she explained why it wasnt the best (too big on my small head). Im thrilled with my purchase! My mom, a seasoned wig wearer, also tried on a few pieces and ended up ordering a wig that Debbie will send to her when it arrives. Wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and compassionate care. Highly recommend!

Jessica Walls Debbie is a great gal. If she doesnt have what youre looking for, she can probably order it. I love the topper that she got me. Over a week later, I called for help because I still couldnt get it to stay clipped in my fine, wispy, bio-hair. She booked me an hour long appointment with her in her studio and made sure that I knew absolutely everything that I needed to know. She wanted to make sure that i was comfortable with using the hair piece myself. All FREE of charge.

Bryce Losey Called today to see about an appointment for my wife she had an opening at 1:00. Sent pictures to her and the first wig my wife tried on was absolutely perfect, it looked just like she came back from the beauty salon. The process was about 35 minutes. Just wanted to say thank you very much my wife feels so much better and back to her old self with hair.

Libby Waldron Literally the best nails I’ve ever had anywhere on the Olympic peninsula!! No flaws, underneath was perfect as well as the polish. Never any pain or bleeding and I have small nails so often my cuticles get cut too short and bleed. Lindsay was the best! 10/10

Jessica Cole I tried to leave this review months ago but for some reason it wouldn’t go through. Shoshana did an amazing job on my long shaggy bob. My hair is super thick, coarse, and wavy, which can make it really awkward to cut. However, she did an impeccable job with helping my natural waves pop. It’s also grown out really well over these last 4 months and still looks great! Very pleased that it’s been such a low-maintenance cut!

Brenda King The staff is friendly and super cool. They went out of their way to book my daughter and myself at the same time, what a great thing to do.... great experience and a great haircut as well.

Kira The amazing Russian toy terrier Looking around to see about getting my long hair down to my side shaped and colored, im going thro some difficult medical issues and looking in the mirror has become incredibly depressing.I tend to avoid it as much as possible lately. Envy has great reviews so I really wanted to make an appointment, I called twice but the messages were full so I sent an email but it was returned. I would love to rate them 5 stars but cant since I never had the opportunity to get to see how amazing my hair would have turned out. Hopefully I can find someplace in port angeles that is as good as these reviews for Envy. Thank goodness Vegas has some amazing salons but wanted to get it done while i am still here.. I moved here a few years ago part time ( I fly home every few weeks for medical reasons) and its hard to find a salon thats trustworthy to do what you ask them to do without chopping off too much of my hair that I worked very hard to grow out after radiation therapy.

lynda corbett Made online appointment with Kasey on 3/7 for 3/23 at 4pm and recd confirmation. 3/21 email recd to confirm - done. 3/23 recd 11:50 msg she running late and would I come at 5 instead. I left msg I could do 5. At 3:40 recd call confirming 5pm. Left home 4:30, walked in door at 5. Five minutes later another customer walked into room with freshly washed hair. Then Kasey came out and said she was running late and would I wait. Told her I drove from Sequim. She asked me to wait again. I walked out. What happened in the hour and 20 minutes when 5 pm was confirmed in a phone call? This kind of treatment is unconscionable.

Jessica Yang I didn’t get a hair done here so I cannot comment. I gave a five star is because my boyfriend and I are riding bike and suddenly it’s snowing/raining so hard around this area. We cannot ride anymore, so stopped in front of this salon. The staff/owner asked us to come in and offered us free coffee and we stayed until we got dried and warmed up. Even I didn’t have time to get my hair done at the end, I’m sure they are doing a great job! I can see it from all the customers that they had when I was there. ❤️

Carol Irving Nikki is wonderful. She listens to your requests, and approaches length changes incrementally, on the philosophy that you can always cut more off, but you cant put it back on. Personally, she is a delightful human being!

Jackie Mills I absolutely LOVE this place. I wish I lived closer. I have been here several times. My color was spot on. Exactly what I asked for and so was the cut! She does an amazing job. My hair never felt healthier either! Shes is very educated and continues to stay up-to-date on product. She did my hair for a wedding as well and it was perfect. Exactly what I asked for and went even beyond my expectations. I was very clear with my wants and time constraints, which allowed her to do her magic!! THANK YOU MICHELLE. YOU ARE AMAZING!

Rashel Holloway Monica at Shear Elegance is a miracle worker! She took my gray grow out (about 5 inches with 8 inches of bleached ends) and blended it beautifully. Seriously it all looks like my salt and pepper roots!!! Not to mention her chair side manner was exceptional and we laughed the whole appointment. What an amazing talent. I highly recommend her for all your hair care needs. First photo is before… all the rest are the beautiful end result!

Jayden Rapp Getting bangs can be a risky move and Amy did an overall amazing job! Not only did she check in with me through each step of the process but she made sure I left the salon with a smile on my face. The overall atmosphere of the salon was super friendly and I will be sure to return!

SP I had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon. Initially, they called to reschedule my appointment, which I accepted, trying to be flexible. I worked with them to adjust to an earlier time, only for the hairstylist to arrive late. I waited patiently, but during that time, I overheard the staff making insensitive remarks about people with gray hair. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially since I was there for an all-over color to cover my own grays. When the stylist finally arrived, she failed to fully cover my gray hair and suggested I return for another appointment. I agreed and rescheduled. However, just a few days later, she called on a Sunday asking to move my appointment from Tuesday to Monday, which I accommodated again. On the day of the new appointment, she called an hour beforehand to push the time by 30 minutes. I arrived on time, yet 30 minutes later, I was still waiting. Nonetheless, this salon does not value your time and is super unprofessional.

Sam H I had the BEST experience here! I got a pixie/punky style cut done by the amazing Alyssa (I hope I am spelling your name right). I showed her some images that had the vibe I wanted and she DELIVERED. She also recommended a texture spray product that I can not wait to experiment with! I am OBSESSED with this new hair and cant stop playing with it! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU. Dont walk, RUN to this place! Seriously!

Baylie Lester This place was awesome the lady working there who did My nails was very skilled and she hand filed instead of using those nasty nail drills and she was so easy to communicate with and she made sure she got the right color and made sure I liked them and theyre prices are very reasonable and she doesnt really charge extra for the details and she was so flexible with time and getting me in. There was some confusion but she immediately fixed it! I highly recommend this to to anyone.

Rose LaRouge I take my whole family here for our haircuts. The owner, Teia has some amazing techniques that look great when our hair is freshly cut but also as our cuts are growing out. Teia is always warm and welcoming. I require regular bang trims, I’ve been getting compliments since she’s been cutting them for me. So happy to have found her and her shop.

Mae Graves Sequim Real Estate Market Pros I have been coming to see Teia every 6 weeks for over a year for cut and color. She is always professional, organized, timely, friendly and absolutely knowledgeable! So grateful for the referral from a friend to come here. Zuck This place is not good. The barber here is very mean. it seems like she hates her life. I wish I can give this place zero stars. the haircut was okay but the lady is extremely rude. I went to a different barber and she did not yell at my child. the barber here is not good at all. I REALLY do not recommend this barber if you dont want you or your child to get yelled at. she should not even have this job. NO children should go here. This lady probably wants to kill herself

Anthony Arends Regularly has forgotten or otherwise written our appointments for times that were not discussed over the phone. Accidents happen, and previously I didnt complain because my wife thought free haircuts 50% of the time (because thats about how often our appointments were faulty) was worth the disorganization. Unfortunately, my wife passed and as a single parent I havent got the patience for that anymore. I would have simply stopped going, but to add insult to the injury today she tried blaming the scheduling confusion on me. Im not sure if you think youre an airline and are intentionally double booking, if you need to see a doctor, or what, but blaming me for it was too far.

When I was finished with my haircut and paid the barber I went outside to see my girlfriend and she told me that was the guy who gave me the worst haircut ever

Jodie Hood Best set I’ve ever had! The atmosphere was really nice. Amy was very kinda and nice to talk to throughout. My nails were super short and damaged when I went in and she did an amazing job. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort she put into making my set look as natural as possible despite the issues with my nails. I would definitely recommend getting your nails done here! I called ahead and made an appointment and I’m glad I did. They are very busy it seems!

It was my step daughters first time getting her nails done professionally, and she decided to color match her new Stanley lol the ladies at La Bella were so kind and friendly and made Jane feel totally fierce, with her new nails and also because they all commented about how impressed they were that she has been flying solo to visit during breaks for several years. Highly, highly recommend this nail salon. The ladies were kind and not at all pushy, and made sure we were happy with our nails before leaving. Jane and I decided that we are getting our nails done here every time she visits. Not to mention- this is the first time I have had a regular manicure stay chip free for over a week. I also very much appreciate that the tools used to work on me came fresh out of a sterile package. Chairs and work stations were also sanitized between clients. Exceeded all expectations!

MR STARGAZER I think the nail tech who did my dip powder was TERRIBLE. She scratched up the top and then put a gel over it. It left it with all these weird white scratches and not nice looking like most dip powders. She also used the filing tool and burned my fingers in a few spots because it heats up. It was uncomfortable. Overall, Im a bit disappointed. Because it was also a bit expensive and I had to wait over 45min even though I had an appointment.

Shadow Arcas Needed a haircut in a hurry and had never been here before. Will definitely be back though. Ron is honest but very funny and did an amazing job

Jacob Fish Ron Does great haircuts both Mens and Womens. No appointments walk ins. Ill say he Takes the time to do it right. Rons opens the earliest out of all the barbers in town last I believe. He does like to leave at 3 oclock sharp weekdays and due to his early opening hours, so dont be the guy that comes in 30mins before closed unless you were working and need a cut for a event. If retired he prefers you come in weekdays as this allows the working man to get cut on Saturday. Has a relief barber that covers him after he leaves and she cuts great hair and offers waxing. Not sure on her hours. Rons Barber is Open: Tuesday through Friday 7am 4pm on Saturday He closes at 12pm sharp.

Victoria Elliott My 3 year old came in yesterday. Ron was very adaptable with a toddler the haircut went great I came home my husband wanted a little bit shorter. I came back in today and Ron didnt have a problem cutting it just a little bit shorter. excellent customer service. Very patient. reasonable price. We have found our new barber

David Millet It’s been a week since she cut my hair. The haircut isn’t bad. But if you need your beard trimmed or anything she really doesn’t know what she is doing. I had to clean it up and get make it even. That’s the only reason I went there, so I didn’t have to trim beard or mustache. Save your money go somewhere else.

Luke Hansen Im very disappointed in my haircut. She rushed the cut and gave me two bald spots in the back of my head, and now all of my hair is super uneven. She just seemed to want my money as fast as she could get it. I had to clean myself up with my own clippers when I got home.

Rachael Just dont go here. I walked in to get my sons hair cut before going back to school for the year. We sat and waited. Mostly older men were getting hair cuts. She seemed rushed. The place was dingy and dirty and extremely outdated. She didnt seem too kind or inviting. But we sat and waited, giving the benefit of the doubt. She finished cutting a few older mens hair (which she didnt bother to sweep up between clients) and finally it was my sons turn. I asked for a simple fade cut that left things only slightly longer up top with a simple swooped line on one side (designs are trendy right now) and I sat there while she quickly rushed the haircut, which was done in under 10 mins. In the dim lighting of the shop it seemed fine. I paid her and we walked out. As we were getting into the car, I noticed how botched and sloppy his hair looked. Nothing blended and she didnt line him up or trim well around the neck, ears, and forehead. I was pretty upset, but decided to just leave and not confront her. I started to stress because Im a single mom who barely had the money for his haircut in my budget to begin with. I spent the day crying and calling every shop to see if someone would take us in and fix it ASAP. I ended up paying for a second haircut and my son ended up with extremely short hair. Please dont waste your time with sloppy unsanitary and unfriendly service. There are much better options in town.

Esther Pinson Came here awhile ago with my friend just to get some fun nails done, we went a little late and both had pretty simple designs in mind… in short, the man that did our nails pretty much just refused to do what we asked and just did his own thing on our nails. Here are some picture of what we got. (the nice looking nails were our inspiration pictures) also ended up paying $80 including tip. Still regret it to this day lol

ruby hill I will make a point to come back to this place and get my nails done! I just tried this place as I waited for my ferry. Kim has owned the salon for over 28 years and her efficiency, attention to detail, and quality service are shown in the experience. I wanted really light beige French tip on my natural nails and I was even happier than what I was expecting:) great job I feel so good, thank you Kim!

Samantha Cotton Honestly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. I was just here for the day running errands and thought I’d treat myself. Total waste of money, the guy who did it was clearly not paying attention. I showed it to the woman after and she offered to fix it but I had to catch the ferry, so I didn’t take her up on it. Sweet of her to offer, but it would not have been a quick fix. Polish is uneven, bubbly, and my cuticles and fingers look crazy. Bummed and definitely shouldn’t have paid full price.
