Brie Hales: Thought I’d share a review I found on Square for Lisa’s Hair Salon: “Comfortable atmosphere. All in all a pleasant experience. Best hair style I have ever had!” -Midge Vogan
Francine Fluty: To say I’m ecstatic I have found Janee & her team is an understatement. I came in looking a hot mess & Janee literally breathed life back into my hair! She’s a hair goddess! Her boutique is also SUPERRRR beautiful, what she’s created here is Magic! I’m looking forward to many more visits & supporting this wonderful small business. Our community is beyond lucky to have amazingly talented women, very inspiring!
Hannah Kramer: Jocelyn was absolutely wonderful to work with as my wedding hair & makeup artist! She took very detailed notes at the trial, and was very responsive to my communications during and after the trial. My wedding day look was PERFECTION! And she also styled my bridesmaids exactly how they asked. We joked that the look for the day was "fairy princess" and boy, did Jocelyn deliver. Bridesmaids, moms, and I all agree that we felt comfortable and beautiful in Jocelyns capable hands. Getting ready with Jocelyn was a fun, relaxing experience and the outcome is absolutely beautiful. If youre getting married in or around the Port Angeles area, I cannot recommend her enough!

Anthony Arends: Regularly has forgotten or otherwise written our appointments for times that were not discussed over the phone. Accidents happen, and previously I didnt complain because my wife thought free haircuts 50% of the time (because thats about how often our appointments were faulty) was worth the disorganization.
Unfortunately, my wife passed and as a single parent I havent got the patience for that anymore. I would have simply stopped going, but to add insult to the injury today she tried blaming the scheduling confusion on me. Im not sure if you think youre an airline and are intentionally double booking, if you need to see a doctor, or what, but blaming me for it was too far.
Pietro Pietro: Update: The response from the owner demonstrates a blatant disregard for privacy and legal boundaries. As a customer, I have the right to express my experience, but the owner is taking this personally. By publicly disclosing my name and publishing personal communications, including text messages, without my explicit consent, the owner is engaging in a clear violation of privacy laws and Google’s terms of service. This is not only unethical but also potentially unlawful. Such actions reflect poorly on the owner’s character and reveal an intent to intimidate and defame me as a reviewer.
She seems to discriminate against people who work in professional jobs. I work at a hospital, so my schedule can be hectic. Once, I was 10 minutes late to her appointment. I was number 5 on her list, but suddenly I got a text saying I was next. I even texted her ahead to say Id be a little late, since I didnt expect to be next. I tried to make up for it by offering a bigger tip. However, she still banned me from the shop. It made me feel really bad, like maybe I did something wrong. Being a minority, and having moved to a rural part of WA a few years ago, this is my first time getting banned from a store in my life. Im not sure if it was just because I was late, or if theres something else going on.
Tiffany Muckley: She was excellent and patient in trying to help get my sons hair cut. He was not corporative and it was a struggle. She even offered for me to bring him back for free to clean it up a little more if he was having a better day next week.
Kevin Jones: Beckie is a professional, excellent hair cut every time, such an awesome place, she colors Kelly’s hair and cuts it, can’t say enough about this place
Tatyana Barron: Johan pierced my septum so crookedly that the entry hole for the piercing was at the front of the nose (where it should be) and the exit hole was halfway to the back of the nose. He didnt do any mark ups to guide the septum piercing. He didnt give the septum piercing anywhere near as much time as he had with my helix piercing, which he did mark up - and the helix was a much easier piercing to do. You can see in the photo just how far back into the nose the exit hole for the piercing was.
At my septum appointment it was three weeks after Id gotten my helix done. Hed pierced my helix with a 10mm eyebrow ring, which was way too big for my ear size and uncomfortable since it frequently got caught in my hair. He encouraged me to change my helix piercing changed at three weeks, which didnt sound right since its cartilage, but he kept reassuring me it would be fine. Since the cartilage wasnt healed, changing the ring so early caused a keloid to form, so now my ears deformed.
He didnt tell me he charged $20 to look at the piercing and $20 to change the piercing. Getting more money off of me is why he was pushing me to change my piercing so early. Client well-being/piercing health is not Johans main priority.
